Very reasonably priced with large portions and super friendly service. Overall we love this hotel. Secured parking and security screened entries a definite plus! Great staff and an all around wonderful experience.

Also, each floor had an ice machine, so you could easily grab ice anytime. Breakfast was included and it was really good. Everything was fresh butter, jam, honey, coffee, milk, sausage, and scrambled eggs. The area was clean and the service was great. The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well. After arriving, I decided to cancel my reservation because the property looked run-down and unappealing from the outside. If the exterior was any indication, I couldn't imagine what the rooms would be like. Before canceling, I had ordered an item from Amazon to be delivered to the property. Even though I ultimately chose not to stay there, I expected the staff to be responsible enough to hold a package that had already been delivered. According to USPS tracking, the package was delivered at 10:27 AM. When I arrived around 3:00 PM, the package was nowhere to be found. The staff did not know I had canceled my stay, so they could not have refused the package or returned it to the carrier at the time of delivery. From what I observed, packages are simply left on the front counter where anyone could access them. As a result, I believe someone from the property may have taken it, or at the very least, failed to secure it properly. The front desk staff were not helpful and showed little interest in assisting because I was no longer a guest. Since USPS did not provide a delivery photo, there is always a possibility that the package was misdelivered. However, given the staff's attitude and the lack of accountability, I was left with very little confidence that anyone made a genuine effort to locate it. Overall, between the poor first impression of the property, the lack of package security, and the unhelpful customer service, this was a very disappointing experience.

First, the prices that were quoted to me changed in literally 5 minutes. I asked how much it would be for one night and I was told 110.00 for one night. I walked out of the office and came back in to pay and it went up to 125.00 with an added ten dollars accumulated on the deposit. I was desperate for a place to sleep as every other hotel on that road was at full occupancy. I received my key to room 109 and proceeded to check the room out. When I walked in there was a horrendous stench in the room. A mix of smoke and sewage. The AC did not work and it was a warm day so the smell just permeated the air and was intolerable. I spoke with management and asked to be switched to another room. Magically they had another one to put me in even though 5 minutes ago-this was the "very last room" that was vacant. They then proceeded to give me the keys to room 107. I then took a quick walk through the room as I had to be at work shortly after my check in. The room had a smell but the AC did work. I decided to chalk it up to it being a dingy little motel in a bad part of town and I was only sleeping in it for one night. I went to work and came back around 11pm when I got off of work. I walked in and did a much more thorough inspection of the room and what I found was absolutely atrocious. Blood and what looked like feces was embedded in the carpet. The microwave looked like food has been stuck in there for weeks and the walls had stains all over them. I then decided to lift off the covers and sheets on the bed. I found bed bugs, what looked to be blood and possibly black mold on the mattress. It was disgusting and frankly disturbing as to why they wouldn't switch out a mattress that clearly had human excrement on it. I then decided to speak with the manager who very quickly raised his voice and yelled at me stating that I had 12 hours to inspect the room and he wasn't giving me my money back. I calmly tried to explain my work situation to me and I was met with more yelling, finger pointing and refusal to give me my money back. Another couple behind us were complaining about the exact same thing and they were met with the same exact response that I received. These people take absolutely no pride in their business. They have no regard for human sanitation and are just as shady as their motel looks. Not to mention the people that are literally LIVING in the motel. A portable gas stove in the parking lot for "tenants" to cook on while they brought out their chairs and love seats to have a little kick back in the parking lot. Please save your time, money and effort and go elsewhere. I have induced pictures, but they really do not do any justice to how the place smelled, the unsafe vibe and the aggression of the management.

The lady then said NO REFUNDS and it would be a waste of time to contact the owner. She wouldn't even give the number to the owner but she took my number and promptly threw it away when she didn't think I was looking. This place is criminal. We even had a decent shower in the morning and the person behind the counter was nice. I even saw they had a few food items for sale back there in case you got hungry.
