Honestly the room was great. It was clean, well maintained. Secure. My only complaint is that shower sucked. The water never seemed to get great warm temperature. The pressure was alright, but lots of room for improvement. The hotel itself, has a gym, pool, a great breakfast. And the staff I interacted with were stellar. All in all great hotel for a short stay.

There are pleanty of seats to enjoy your sandwich and a view . All I ask is stop the penny pinching, bring back the Lobster buffet, and train all your employees to be as friendly as your deli workers in Fife. Tacoma deli employees have something to learn from their counterparts in Ffe.

After arriving, I decided to cancel my reservation because the property looked run-down and unappealing from the outside. If the exterior was any indication, I couldn't imagine what the rooms would be like. Before canceling, I had ordered an item from Amazon to be delivered to the property. Even though I ultimately chose not to stay there, I expected the staff to be responsible enough to hold a package that had already been delivered. According to USPS tracking, the package was delivered at 10:27 AM. When I arrived around 3:00 PM, the package was nowhere to be found. The staff did not know I had canceled my stay, so they could not have refused the package or returned it to the carrier at the time of delivery. From what I observed, packages are simply left on the front counter where anyone could access them. As a result, I believe someone from the property may have taken it, or at the very least, failed to secure it properly. The front desk staff were not helpful and showed little interest in assisting because I was no longer a guest. Since USPS did not provide a delivery photo, there is always a possibility that the package was misdelivered. However, given the staff's attitude and the lack of accountability, I was left with very little confidence that anyone made a genuine effort to locate it. Overall, between the poor first impression of the property, the lack of package security, and the unhelpful customer service, this was a very disappointing experience.

I was thrilled about the garage parking as I saw broken car windows of cars parked on the street. The garage was gated and required a key card for entry. I worried for nothing. My car was safe. My only gripes are that the rooms were not connected and there was construction going on. That was not enough to make me unhappy with my stay. Overall, 9/10 I would recommend.

The owner just called to let me know the concert was canceled and to cancel my reservation without penalty. Ticketmaster hadn't even notified me yet!!! I am blown away by the amazing customer service. Also I am vegetarian and gluten free and the owner was able to accommodate me without issue. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here in the future. It looks amazing!
