The recycling process is easy: - head into the office - they'll open the garage door for you to drive in to unload your goods - place the item(s) on the scale - pay per pound for what you're getting rid of (if it's not one of the many, many free items) TVs are 35 cents per pound; the total came out to $14. It was a bit more than recycling through the city ($10 flat fee) but significantly cheaper than Best Buy ($25 flat fee). Also, the woman who helped us said they recycle in the US - the items are not getting shipped off as trash and pollutants to other countries. There's no appointment necessary for drop-offs, and they also offer a pickup service. In the office they have several refurbished computer monitors and laptops for sale at a deep discount compared to retail; if you're in the market for these items it's probably not a bad idea to check them out if you're flexible in what you need. Super nice people and you can dispose of your things in a way that is as environmentally friendly as possible.

I called for weeks trying to get a delivery time. The only response was 'well get back to you." When the driver called me, I found out he had loaded out a week before. Reynolds never called to tell me my stuff was on the way. Unload was mayhem. In the end, the laundry list of missing items and damage totaled over $3,500. My expensive insurance policy was worthless and worse was the response from Reynolds, "we're really sorry" but at least they did call me back when I reported the theft. Inspecting everything, it looked like it spent 1,000 miles on a pogo stick. So I'm SOL and everybody walks away with my stuff and my money. I made a poor choice for a moving company.

The quality of their premium hardwood mix is excellent (consistent color and size) and the price is very competitive with other local suppliers. You can generally save a couple extra bucks by checking out the coupon on their website. I've also purchased their garden soil mix when I was upgrading my landscaping. Like the mulch, the mix was high quality with no weed seeds. The new garden beds are thriving so far. I also appreciate that their drivers will drop the load off exactly where you ask them to (a misplaced delivery means I can't use my garage until the load is distributed). They also will work with you to set a delivery time that fits your schedule. If the drivers are running behind schedule, they will call to let you know about the revised delivery time. I've tried other mulch suppliers, but JAR is the king of the heap in my book.
