I tried to return them today within the 90 day exchange/return period and I had the displeasure of meeting the store manager, "Zenia" who refused to honor the 90 day exchange/return period and refused to let me get a different pair. Why offer a 90 day exchange/refund period if you will refuse to honor it? You should not have employees like that, especially managers, working who could care less about your (repeat) customers who spend significant amounts of money with your company. Suffice to say, that is the last time Sunglass Hut will ever get my business. I am filing a dispute with the BBB and my credit card company.

I was also able to find a nice variety of brands including Ray-Ban, Versace, Gucci, Burberry, Michael Kors, Oakley, Dolce&Gabbana, Prada, Valentino, Prada also Persol and Coach. The store was clean and tidy and there were a little trays were you can set the glasses on the side so the staff can sanitize them after you finish checking them up. After trying on quite a few, I ended up buying the very first pair of glasses that the girl who works there suggested would look good. I am a picky person and usually don't trust other people's opinion so I was pleasantly surprised as to how well she could pin point what would look good on me! I'm never going anywhere else besides here. I also ended up spending a lot less than I had expected so I couldn't be happier. Thinking of getting a second pair now too. And am going to have my eyes examined there from now on.
