The dealership looked at their security cameras from the night my car got dropped off. While rolling my car backwards off the flat bed, my door was open and was backed into a light post. I got in contact with the owner and he said he would look into it. Never heard back and when I called, no answer and wouldn't return my calls. Finally, I left a message saying it was on camera and was told by the owner he would pay for my damages. After weeks of him avoiding my calls again to see how he would pay, he finally answered when I used someone else's phone. He told me he would go through his insurance. I didn't believe him so I made a claim with my own insurance company. A year later, after my car was repaired, I never got reimbursed because All Around Towing DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE! A tow company with no insurance and doesn't take accountability!
