Vincent was responsive and easy to communicate with, we received a reminder text notifying us of our upcoming reservation and the morning of our driver was 15 minutes early and ready to drive us on our trip. Since it was after 12 midnight we decided to call Plainfield Taxi the next morning. When I called, the gentleman who took my call at Plainfield Taxi, explained that the dispatcher (I had the record of her cell phone number) made a mistake in quoting me $58.00. I asked him if Plainfield Taxi honors their mistakes. He replied, no. I do not plan on using their service again.
