We discovered this company during the pandemic when we needed to find a safe ride to the airport. Maria was fully vaccinated and wore a mask during our trips. We have been using them ever since, and are very happy with their service. The cars are comfortable and clean, and always equipped with bottles of water. Fantastic experience getting to and from O'Hare! Both drivers were 100% on time, friendly, and professional. I like how they text to do their confirmations and how they communicate where to meet once the plane has landed. The car I was in was immaculate and they offered water bottles at no charge. Response to owner's response: I was never rude to you. You left us stranded from 10-11pm in Chicago with an 8 year old who you had no concern for. You hung up on me, and Tom hung up on me several times. You own MULTIPLE vehicles and should have been in route to pick us up to deal with YOUR issue. Extremely irresponsible and poor judgement on your behalf. You obviously had no concern for our safety leaving us in the city with no alternative means. What alternative means are you speaking of? Tom never called us back with any solution. Uber prices were literally $411 for a vehicle to fit 5 due to surge pricing after the game being let out. We had to wait around for surge pricing to drop before we could ever leave. We are not looking for easy money. We are looking for you to run your business honestly and not treat your customers like crap! I encouraged no one to leave you reviews. I left you my own review, and I shared my review and experience with your company to others. I did not ask or encourage anyone to seek out your page, or leave you any feedback of their own. I AM a customer and this review is NOT FAKE. We had booked a limo in February for a concert on June 2nd at Soldier Field. The morning of the show I get a text saying sorry our limo was in an accident. They have a GIANT fleet of other vehicles and said every one of them was booked for the day (lie). When I scrambled around to find another company to assist us, every one of them either said they weren't surprised by Euro Limo OR guessed without me telling them it was Euro Limo. One company I called even said that the owner used to work for him and was fired for incompetence. I would never recommend to anyone. They have an excuse for everything. And they flat out lied to us that their other services were booked because when I pretended to call as someone else inquiring about service to ight they had available options. Used them twice in the last few months to and from both airports for early AM flights and "tom" arrived right on time got us to the airport before scheduled time and was waiting for us when we arrived back home. We just used them for our ride to and from Midway airport. I will not use them again. Our driveway is on a very low grade slope and when he dropped us off, he pulled in, didn't back in. My husband, two sons, and the driver got out. I had just stepped out and my daughter was still in the limo and it started rolling backwards down our driveway making a loud ticking noise. I yelled for my daughter to stay put while running next to her. The driver jumped out from behind the open trunk as to not get run over. Thankfully there were no cars coming and/or parked in the street since it finally came to rest as it rolled over the curb across the street from our house. I took the kids inside as it was very scary and the ONLY thing the driver of the limo was interested in was our payment. My sister had them scheduled for a pick up the following week and she cancelled. He should have been way more concerned about our well being. read more

We live in rural northwest Illinois outside of a small town called Paw Paw. It WAS NOT easy to find a limo service who would even call us back. Then we found European Class. Tom came from Minooka, picked up our group of 5 celebrating my 70th birthday. Drove us to Parker's Seafood Grill in Downer's Grove (about an hour). Picked us up when we phoned them and returned us home. We have used many limo services in many places in the upper Midwest, none of them came close to comparing with European Class. Tom (the driver) was a joy. The owner actually figured out how to give us a much lower price without us asking for it. Two cooler areas with soft drinks, water, beer, etc. Decanters with vodka and scotch. All crystal, no plastic. Beautiful, clean limo. Cannot honestly say enough good about them! We will be calling them again! read more

I took this limo to the Airport on March 16th and forgot to do a yelp review. My driver was awesome. I left in the morning during rush hour to get to Midway and he was able to get me to the airport in plenty of time taking a back way in. He was very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the ride to the airport. If you need a ride in the South suburbs be sure to give him a call. You will be happy you did, I know we will use him in the future.
