The quote for the work was very competitive, and the most professional (he even sent a spec sheet with a bunch of stats on the roof materials for me to geek out over). But what really set them apart was the communication. My wife and I knew where we were every step of the process, when someone was coming by to perform work (or redo something that wasn't up to their standard), and they completed the job when they said they would. Passed inspection without a problem, and now I don't have to worry about leaks this summer (had 3 last year)! Will definitely recommend them to friends and family who need to redo their roof.

I was in the room feet away and quite alarmed. Thankfully I was not injured. They fixed the ceiling itself but did not take responsibility for the related plumbing damage that occurred from the collapse. Their excuse was that it was related to previous work done, which I knew nothing about. I strongly believe that if you are renovating a roof at great expense, you must be responsible for the work done. They did not take responsibility so I must give them a poor review due to their absolute lack of accountability. I was forced to repair out of my own pocket, with a cost of over $1,000. They gave no apology for my ceiling collapsing and were very dismissive in the entire process. I do not recommend this company for anyone seeking roof repair.

He was also very punctual and provided clear timeline/expectation of the work. From the beginning, we knew we picked the right company. During the process, I asked Stephen several questions regarding overall design, logistics, and timing. All of which he would answer within minutes at any hour of the day. He sent over new paver/concrete dimension the same day we met him, adjusted design within a few days and had pavers ordered right away. The pavers were delivered from Gem Pavers in 4 weeks and his team was hard at work within a few days of delivery. He is present throughout the process and made sure work was done correctly. His team was also very nice, professional, and worked really hard to deliver my driveway. Everything worked like clockwork and came out so beautiful. When there was an issue with my existing concrete near my door frame, Stephen had his team out within an hour to fix it. I have gotten so many compliments on the pavers and it wouldn't have been possible without All Day Pavers. I can't say enough great things about our experience. If you are having a difficult time choosing between companies; I think the choice is very clear. Thank you Stephen and team for giving me my dream driveway! For reference: we used 4x6 pavers in marble slate from gem pavers. We used 4x6 pavers in gray for the borders. It's in a herringbone 45 pattern.
