I just have to give a review of the staff and how simply amazing they are as people. Yesterday we adopted a new puppy and decided to stop here on our way back home. We took him out of the car to stretch his legs and, overwhelmed from the sights, sounds, and smells, he wriggled out of his harness and ran off. We looked for hours to no avail and ultimately had to go back home without him (3.5 hours away). The staff here took my number down and expressed honest concern about our new pup. I came back first thing the next morning and the manager took the time to go and check through the footage to see if he had any leads on my pup. When the staff took their breaks outside, they took the time to look and see if my pup came back. All in all, the location is great. It's clean and well maintained. What sets them apart is the people working there. Thankfully I ended up finding my pup and finally bringing him to his forever home, but I won't forget the care, concern, and support the team at this location showed. Well done. read more

Stopped in on Friday at Easton Maryland Royal Farms about 5:30 pm . My wife and I ordered fry chicken and it was horrible. I think it was re-heated in a microwave and it was like rubber and tasteless. The lady behind the counter never stopped talking on a cell phone to someone about custody the entire time and was still on the phone when we left . Big beautiful gas station. I've dropped a pretty penny or two at their pumps. Although I've gotten gas here numerous times before, I finally made my way inside to check the place out. Very nice! FREE ATM (no usage fees unless YOUR bank charges you one), food options, $1 any sizes drink, lighted displays, and U-Scan checkout! I always select this gas station over the others at the intersection because it's neat and clean and the staff aren't too lazy to keep receipt paper in the machines! Kudos guys for refilling those receipt machines, that my biggest pet peeve at other stations! read more

Awful food. Always reheated, kitchen staff expressed how they didn't want to be there and service was slow. Ordered 3 mild tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy meal. Got to my car and gave me 2 spicy tenders that were over reheated they weren't even edible. And gave me the side I gravy with no potatoes but still charged me. Only things I would buy here is fuel. Register out of receipt paper, chip cards must 'slide' but no instructions to do so. Food-limited sides, potatoes and Mac & cheese, but they were out of the M&C. I used to love coming to Royal Farms, now their staff is so disrespectful to their customers, especially the lady working today. They left the mayonnaise uncovered and it started to spoil, when we told her it was spoiled she very rudely said "no it's not" when it was turning crusty and yellow! and their chicken was like cardboard , so dried out! definitely will not return and will tell other not return. read more

I went to the royal farms to buy chicken for dinner .Everyone was polite and the space was up todate and clean.However the chicken I got (a 38 dollar value) was not fresh , very salty and if you are not hungry almost unedible, It was a left over from earlier and reheated and sold to me .A total disappointment ,NEVER AGAIN except for Gaz and stuff like that ,NOT CHICKEN NEVER!!! read more

Fried chicken is really one of the world famous ^_^ nice employees, clean place, and bright light. I like this station already.

I heard this store was under new management, so I decided to go in and see if there where any changes. I was very pleased to see that the store was clean and well stocked. I got a coffee, and they have new machines from the last time I was in there. These have a touch screen and brew fresh coffee to order. I got the Brazilian dark roast and it was very good. I also ordered spicy chicken tenders, potato wedges, and the waffle roll. The chicken was cooked through but still moist and juicy with excellent flavor. The potato wedges were delicious and the waffle roll was really tasty! I highly recommend the Chesapeake dip to go with your chicken tenders. It's old bay flavored! All in all, massive improvements, I will stop again in the future. read more

This place needs to be shut down. NO functioning ventilation means your clothes, your kids, your snacks and food are saturated in the filth of fried chicken grease gone awry. Owner should be ashamed of what they are doing to the staff who are most definitely getting sick in this environment-where is the health dept?? Okay, it is a gas station. And the chicken is probably not actually on the world famous level. In my opinion, it was still way better than the tenders at most convenience stores and definitely more fresh. There is legit chicken in there! The store is clean, well lit, staffed by friendly people. Nice stock of beer if you are into that kind of stuff. There is also an eating space indoors and outdoors.
