I live close so sometimes I stop in for chicken. I went by around 2:30pm. Big mistake. The chicken had been sitting so long the meat had turned a different color. (Brown). So disappointing. My advice is when you go in, before you leave, check your order to make sure it's fresh. read more

Half the gas pumps don't work. The pay at the pump system doesn't work. The bathrooms are not clean, don't have hand soap (which is a health code violation) and nothing to dry hands with. Royal Farms should be ashamed! Quarterly profits in the millions, I see why! read more

What an impressive gas station / convenience store. Visited this location on out trip for California. Stopped for bottled water and snacks. Was impressed as you walk in the real kitchen preparing food. Huge selection of beverages. Was awed by the beer cooler had the beer ice cold. Did not try the beer. Interesting that all the shelves had LED lights so you could clearly see the items. Store was clean and staff friendly. read more

Couldn't reach anything because some bright person thought to put ALL the stock in FRONT of the shelves and being 5'4" I couldn't reach over ANY of the pallets. I LOVE the Royal Farms in Salisbury by B-I-L, here the laziness and attitude was overwhelming. I asked for help girl looked up from her phone then looked back down! The chicken was ROCK HARD when we opened our bags on our trip. They must have microwaved it because we were 2 lights up the road when I opened the wrap so hubby could eat on our trip to Ohio. AVOID ALL ROYAL FARMS!!! Over-priced food, horrible business practices. If you use the ROFO card for any purchases and have ANY issues with the payment clearing your bank you are charged $50 in fees per issue. They use a collection agency that is the worst of the worst and there is zero room for error. Horrible to do business with. Will never shop or purchase anything from a Royal Farms again. read more

Stopped in a few times since they opened for what they claim is their "world famous chicken" and other items... The selection wasn't impressive and the chicken (which I ended up having about four times over a year) was way too salty and not very good. Getting gas here is a joke too, if you want to clean your windshield, as they have busted wipers and empty dispensers. Overall, I prefer Wawa for gas & food. read more

Awful service. Came in to grab breakfast and a coffee. The Jamaican coffee was empty which started off the whole thing. Then I ordered my food on the self-service machine. I finished my coffee, then paid for my order. Orders were being called out in front of me and there was no notice that my order was out of stock or could not be made. The staff making the food had the worst attitude and when I asked about my order the person said I needed to ask someone else. The attitudes were enough to where I would have walked out had I not just paid for my food. There was no apology or anything when my order was finally finished. The food was handed to me and told here you go. The whole process took over 20 minutes. This is an embarrassment. Why would you put this place beside other companies with better food and much better customer service. First impressions are key and this place just destroyed my faith in this company. I will continue to frequent competitors. Customer service comes from leadership and it's evident that this is acceptable to the store leadership. read more

Bought a 16 piece chicken on 4/27/19 at 1115 am at the odenton store ,when I got back to my home in Jessup and started to service my family the chicken was dry and hard like it as day old chicken .This is not the first time this has happened at a Royal Farms store.Buyer Beware !!!!!!!!!! read more

No fluid in window wash stations in over 18 months of visits and often has broken squeegee, but I can make do with that. They made me link my bank account to get discount fuel and charged me $70 for overdraft. I spent 2 hours trying to get customer service with no success. Go to Sheetz or WaWa. Customer service is better elsewhere too. read more

Apparently when customers come running in your store and say they need the police can you call nine-one-one and you don't do a damn thing about it great customer service. In trying to contact Royal Farms corporate office you actually don't get to speak to anybody again poor customer service. Being from the Shore, this is the best chicken you will get. Being from the Shore also means I am well versed in Wawas, which does have better coffee and sandwiches, but the chicken at Rofo is boss. read more

Went in to order a chicken biscuit at the "worlds famous chicken" gas station. Was able to place my order on the screen. The nice young lady came out and told me we don't have any chicken. I don't know how you were able to order it. All they were selling was the lukewarm breakfast sandwiches in their warmer. Won't be back. read more

They brag about their fast chicken and it is ok but nothing special. Very greasy and did make the mistake of popping in one evening for chicken take out. Got home and the stuff was unfit to eat.
