It becomes a hassle esp. when you have to prolong time to prove to the manager _ while they watch you that their car wash system is faulty. Just get a new system... it's worth it! So, if you're short on time and want to Abe assured you get an expedient, effective car wash first thing, then you might want to go elsewhere. :( Also, the last time I paid to get air in my tire the duration prematurely ended. :(( ------ I was the victim again at the air pump 12/11/19. The doggone pump, although you can set it to your desired psi) doesn't beep once it reaches the set psi. Plus the gauge was flicking back and forth. In order to know your air was satisfactory you had to try to view the pump screen while bending to put in air. All this drama short circuited my actual 4min pumping time. The car wash still is sometimey, as to applying sufficient suds before scrubbing & spraying car with water. Lastly, I don't care how the oil market is doing; this station seem to always have the highest prices of gas then other local stations.

I drive a lexus so I take premium gas, so for me it can get very expensive. But when i come here I always see a difference in price when I fill up. The employees that are working inside here are super nice, they have a 24 hour convenient store. I know after hours they take transactions just through the window but you can order anything from inside through the window. Overall great gas, service and experience.

I've heard so many horror stories from people about getting ripped off or overcharged but the people who work here are very trustworthy and kind. The oil changes are $30 which is affordable in my opinion, most services here aren't overly expensive like Valvoline for instance that charges double. Also recently hit a curb, my rim cover came off and wouldn't go back on because the rim itself had been bent from impact. As someone who struggles financially I was freaking out.. Robert had a look and didn't charge me a penny to fix it. It's little things like that, that will forever make me a loyal customer to this place. This location above would not return my old lottery power ball tickets, the winnings was only 11 buks for two separate tickets. Plus the store cashier, handed me half of my winnings, I told cashier I wanted all of my winnings. He placed half of my winning on the opposite side of the counter, with a store receipt, I called the manager of the store back to the counter to inform her, what "cashier" had done. The cashier told, the store manager I refused to take my winnings, I stated to the store manager, what I said to the cashier, and I "quote "I want all of my winnings not half. The cashier started helping other customers before he completed his services with me. I wonder if the lottery official's are aware of what's going on at the Splash In car wash gas location will not give you your old lottery tickets. Not returning old tickets that have been paid out to their customers, telling customers they keep old tickets for there records. The lottery machine prints out receipt, for there records keeping. Plus if you scan the old tickets itindicates already paid out, so what's the true reason why this Slash car wash No where in the lottery rules dose it states the store has to keep your old tickets for record keeping. This 7-Eleven just happened to be the closest to where I was on this day. Fairly easy to get to, fairly easy to find a parking spot. Being midmorning the place was a bit busier than I expected. However, I was able to go in and go right to the counter. I asked for my items and paid. It was actually that easy. I feel that the easiness of entrance here is hindered by the exiting process. It can take some time to exit the lot as it sits at a very busy intersection. If you are continuing on your way on the four lane, then you are good. But if you need to crossed the four lane, you get snarled up at the traffic light. Good luck.

I solely came here to purchase ice. In short, I should have went elsewhere instead of having to waste my time. Coming here, the parking lot is truly congested. No matter what happens here, you will most likely be cursing because of the congestion in the parking lot. Go inside and search for ice. Most times at a gas station/convenience store they have ice chests outside, but not here. The ice was inside a freezer inside. Normally you would most likely see the ice and it would be obvious where it is. But I searched all the coolers and it was kind of off by itself. Then, they only had two bags of the seven pound ice. I grab them, just in case I wouldn't be able to find any ice elsewhere. Go to the registers and use the self checkout. Take the ice outside and throw it in my cooler. I then prepare myself to get out of this hell hole of a parking lot.

I drove 40 minutes out of my way to specifically get a specialty fall item at Wawa and I get a disgusting soggy sandwich that was NOT even close to what I ordered. They took forever to get my order out too. Half of it just sat on the counter while I watched everyone else in line get their items. Terrible service, and the worst Wawa experience I've ever had. I picked up my chai tea from the drink counter and the young man started complaining to me about his work day and how he was sick of being there. So, clearly the employees are phoning it in. So unprofessional and not great from the customer viewpoint. I literally had to throw out the food when I got home because it was not even edible.
