Now, I understand that I didn't realize the coupon was expired and if it had been more than a few days old I wouldn't care...but as a customer who spends $100+ in this store every week, who knows all of the cashiers by name, who knows that they know my face and see me every other day in this store because it is the only store within 20 miles, I expected a little more courtesy. This store seriously needs customer service training and management skills training. I used to be a cashier at a grocery store and things like not greeting your patrons, gossiping with your friend or colleague while you are ringing someone up, and having only two registers open with the line backing up and not calling for extra hands in simply not acceptable.
