They insisted on redesigning the cover. When I showed up to pick up the cover and my boat they tried to charge me more money than the originally agreed upon price. Glad I had it in writing. Their new design did not work well, had ponding of water. They did offer to fix it, but that required leaving the boat with them again, which was a significant amount of driving for me and killed the rest of my boating season. After they "fixed" the cover, I was disappointed to discover that they did not modify it so it matched the design of my original cover. They only added a couple more snap poles in the corners which are very difficult to put into place. In addition, they stole two of my original cover poles and vents for reasons that baffle me and have not returned them. You have been warned.
