Ben and Amy came out the very next morning and did a fantastic job installing a new unit. He not only overcharged me (an unethical amount) but he lied about the quality of hot water heater that he was installing. He promised me top of the line when he actually gave me bottom tier scratch and dent. Had issues with it months later only to find out that it was used and had rust on the back and the inside.
