The ordered flowers were red and white, they substituted with the most generic yellow flowers... I called and asked for something else and was told he didn't have time for my shit and that it was too damn far to deliver to her house! It is 8.4 MILES TO HER HOUSE!!! A 12 minute drive is damn far for this shit? Avoid these people at all costs!

Yes, I speak English perfectly fine, as ou should know since you spoke with me on the phone despite hanging up on me 4 different times. They delivered my flowers to the wrong address, and then told me I had to cancel my order, but pay an extra $5 to cancel. I would have been fine with this, but upon asking why I had to pay extra when they incorrectly delivered my flowers, Jerry began to raise his voice, and tell me he wasn't going to pay it because it was delivered to the wrong place. When I stated there is no mention on the website that I would have to pay extra money to have my order cancelled or that the flowers couldn't be delivered to the correct place, he asked me "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?" At this point, I began to ask for his name, which he just hung up on me. I called back asking for the manager, he claimed he was, I then asked for the owner and he completely dodged the question, yelled at me some more, and then claimed he was the owner. I said he wasn't since he had just mentioned he was the manager. He yelled at me a bit more before hanging up on me once more. I called again and this time got Jenna. I asked for the owner and she claimed Jerry was and that he had stepped out, and then she hung up on me. I called again and asked for the owner's name, and she said, Jerry. And as I went to ask another question, she immediately says "IS THAT ALL YOU NEED?" At this point, I want to give them the same exact treatment that they have given to me, and being yelling, instead I just hang up the phone. Not worth buying flowers from, since they'll said them to the wrong address, but blame you and make you pay extra.

To make matters worse, their guy tried to color my dresser with a SHARPIE before they brought the dresser inside. Too bad the crash was so loud and we all heard it from in the house, as well as SAW IT from the open front door. All phone calls were avoided, after all the excuses ran out. They were over an hour & a half late getting there, and no one called me to let me know - I had to track them down... My dresser is ruined, and they also damaged a $1,000 table and tried to hide it. Unbelievable. Save yourself the heartache and tears, and pay more money to someone who actually CARES about their customers.

    We contacted Big Buck Moving approximately one month before the move. They quoted us $60/hour plus…read morea $50 fuel/trip fee. It sounded good, so I booked them. In the days preceding the move, I tried multiple times to confirm my appointment. The owner did not return my calls or text messages. He did answer a call from my wife and confirmed that they would be at our apartment Saturday, 6/28, at 8am. The day of the move, both the manager and movers called and said they were on their way at different times. They didn't show up until after 9 and started at 9:15. During the moving process, they dropped one box, which resulted in a broken glass bottle of liquor and busted wine rack. They charged us for the travel time to the storage unit. The next day we went back to the unit to get a few things. We found that we were missing two boxes, both game systems. We immediately called the owner but got his voicemail, so we texted him as well. A little while later, a manager for the company called us back. He seemed concerned and said he was going to follow up with his movers and would call us back in a few hours. A few hours went by and no follow up, so we called him back. He said one of the movers told him he never saw the boxes and he hadn't been able to reach the other, but he would call us back before the end of the day. Nobody ever got back in touch with us about the missing boxes.
