Brides BEWARE!!!! You were not only the worst wedding vendor I had to deal with that the worst business I have ever dealt with. They are an Armenian ran company that claim top notch customer service but the truth is they are so unprofessional and rude . I know people who have worked for them and can back how shady this company is ran. They missed engagement session.....which the claim they claim "gave us for free" yaaaaa right.... never came through with promises... And seven months later I still do not have my albums... I got a preview of what my Wedding video should be and it is ridiculous it is the same clips over and over again The manager has put me through hell and back Because the picture previews that he showed me were so ridiculous so messy and unprofessional There's always an excuse with this company... " computers down" ... " we are out of the country " ... And when they promise to issue me a refund for their terrible service " outr account is negative " .... Do not be deceived by them they will convince you of their professionalism like they fooled me and will not come through for you as soon as they take your money good luck... they will invite you into their studio and show u a misleading portfolio..... you will not recieve the quality work they show you in the studio.........My biggest regret was hiring them for the most precious memories of my wedding they ruined it all ... I wouldn't be surprised if the owner responded with this review claiming that they never dealt with us but be assured this is the service we received from Royal Gor No sense of customer service ... he claims he gave us a " free engagement session when it is all clearly written in our contract .... 7 months later and I still dont have my pictures expect a few sent to me of which any bride would share on face boook .... why wouldnt i ?? I PAID FOR THEM my remaining balance is due UPON COMPLETION of video and albums which I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ..... tI am convinced they just want to run with your money ..... they promised me a $600 refund for their horrendous customer service and delay in delivery then came back and said " we do not have the funds " .....very poor company Its so funny how the owner replies to this review trying to save face by saying we love the pictures they are on our facebook then say we are going through a divorce and thats why we dont like his pictures ,,,,,,,, truly pathetic and an exact representation of his entire company ...... I love Gor and his work, he is truly a talented artist. He took photos at mine and my fiance's engagement and our engagement photo session recently. Unbelievable work! My whole family was amazed at how wonderful and sexy our pics turned out. My fiance and I spent an entier day recently with Gor and his assistant, taking photos for our engagement photo session. He teaches you what to do and how to look or not to look at the camera. He doesn't treat you like any other customer(like other photographers do), he gets to know you and works with you. He's not just a point and shoot photographer, like I'm sure a lot of his competition is. He is AMAZING!! I wish I could show these pics on the site so everyone can see. Gor shows up earlier than scheduled and makes sure you are comfortable during the photo shoot. M fiance and I are getting married soon and can't wait for Gor and his father to photograph and videograph our wedding. Im so anxious to see how those photos will turn out!!! They're both so professional and love to show you there work when you meet with them. I absolutely love their work and will never go anywhere else! I just can't explain how blessed I am to have Royal Gor as my photographer/videographer. My husband and I have been to several vendors before going to Gor and to be honest the impression from those vendors wasn't the best, but after visiting Royal Gor, we had no doubts that we want them to be part of our wedding. Every single photo I saw at Royal Gor Studio was a WOW for me. I had never met anyone more talented and more devoted than Gor and his team. We had an amazing pre-wedding shoot with Gor and the pictures came out wonderful. I loooove everything about his work. He captures the best moments and he just makes you look your best on the pictures. I am very shy in front of the cameras and always thought I am not photogenic, but Gor made me look like a model!!! My wedding - I can't even thank them enough for those amazing memories that they gave us - such a professionalism, and I just can't not mention Khoren (the videographer) who made my whole bridal party and myself laugh throughout the whole wedding. My friend bought a Groupon for this location, I tagged along since i'm looking for an upcoming wedding photographer. She said she had pain almost $100 dollars for a one hour photo session, yet she was being charged $50 in taxes. I have bought Groupons myself and I've never paid 50% taxes. They claimed they had to charge taxes on the original price which was about $300. I believe my friend should have paid taxes for what she purchased..which was the $100 deal. On top of that the one hour session became a 30 minute session. The people before my friend took about 15minutes of her hour session and gets cut 15 more minutes because someone alse had an appointment at the same time as her. Really? When she showed me the photos later i saw a bunch of footprints in the full body photos. ohhh and my friend wrote a good review for this place because they told her that if she did they would enhance one of the photos. They are friendly people and some of the photos are beautiful, but i just don't like how they run the business. Glad i got to tag along my friends session, its a great way of really finding out how professional a business is. read more

The best team of photographers ever!!.... For our wedding Gor and his team were really amazing. Everything that I wanted they were able to do for us. They are really friendly and very easy to work with. An all day wedding can get really stressful but they were so easy to work with that we didn't even notice the time fly as we were taking those pictures. When the time came for me to pick my pictures and the design process to start for my album Gor and his team were really professional.They provided me with all the updates that I needed and not to mention the fact that I didn't even tell them how I wanted the album designed and they did an amazing job. I loved my album and everyone that saw it loved it too!! They are really the best team and make you feel so comfortable with everything. I am really happy that we decided to go with Royal Gor as our wedding photographer because photos are one thing that are going to last a lifetime and they did such an amazing job with it. I hired Royal Gor to do my wedding photography and video and words can not express how happy i am that i chose them! To start off their crew is the best! They really know how to lighten the mood on the big day and make everyone laugh, being a bride i was extremely nervous, until they showed up. Gor and his dad (video man) are genuinely nice people, they do not have an ego (like most people in this industry). They are honest and they deliver what they promise. We shopped around for others, but nobody made us feel as comfortable as they did. Their work is impeccable, I got my wedding pictures shortly after the wedding and i kind of wish they did a bad job so it would be easier for me to chose the good ones...ALL MY PICTURES ARE GREAT! They promised our video to be completed in april and i have no doubt that it wont be =) I would recommend them to ANYONE who just wants a photo shoot, or a formal event on film and print. I don't usually take the time to write reviews like this, but I just had photos taken with Gor this afternoon, and it was such a great experience I felt the need to spread the word. I should preface this by saying that I am extremely uncomfortable having my picture taken (even a snapshot), and consequently am not the least bit photogenic. Gor (and his assistant, Asko) immediately put me completely at ease, and made the whole experience not only painless, but a lot of fun. I got to see the photos immediately after the shoot, and I can't describe how beautiful they turned out. This man is truly a gifted artist. Looking at the photographs Gor and his team took of my wedding make me have the same feelings of bliss I had on the actual day. They did such an amazing job, I can't wait to have more events just so I can work with them again. I was blown away by not only the amount (hundreds and hundreds) of photos that were taken of our wedding, but also the amazing quality of their work. There are too many good photos to be able to choose my favorites. Not only is their work impressive, but their amazing attitudes, fun personalities, and creativity make your day that much more special. Awsome studio just like a studio should be. I took my family for our first photo shoot and i could tell you we had a great experience. Gor really knew what he was doing, he made you feel very comfortable w every shot he took. It was my kids first photo shoot and they came out so handsome and cute together. we got an hour photo shoot which was enough time for different poses and a GREAT DEAL. I was pleasantly impressed with the outcome of my 1hr photo shoot. Gor and Elle helped me with the poses since I was so nervous. Until I relaxed a bit, I wanted to do something more fun, then the fun began!! I've met Gor's dad and he was sweet and helped with the photo shoot too! I went with my daughter to a photo shoot with Gor. He was very patient and professional. I had my hair and make-up done there and the artist was good but she didn't ask what look I was going for. My hair was styled using a blow dryer and a round brush. She was sweet though and gave me many ideas for poses. All in all, I am very happy with the photos and getting all the prints on a cd was a huge plus. I'm very happy with the results. I might do this again with another Groupon offer. read more

WOW! What amazing experience! I had purchased a Groupon to take family pictures and it was way more then what I expected. The images were crystal clear! Even though we did not upgrade to retouching for the images.. Gor Gave us all the Raw images on CD as promised. Insane Wedding Video! These guys did my cousins wedding Video and I just had to write this review.. The Video Was Gnarly Dude.. I bought a Groupon for a photo shoot and I took my family to royal gor studio's. It was by far one of the best experinces i've had with a family shoot. If you have kids, then you know how dificult it is to take photos. Gor was very nice and patient with us. He made my kids real comfortable, and got a lot of amazing photos.
