After reaching out to about 20 roofing companies, we finally came across Mike. We needed gutter repairs on a roof that was installed about four years ago. Out of the 20 companies, only 5 responded. Three of them gave us estimates just by looking at our address on Google Maps. One even quoted the price for a completely new roof. Another company asked us to take photos of the issue, despite knowing that we have a two-story house, which made that difficult. Mike, however, was the only one who called to schedule an appointment to inspect the problem in person. I was really impressed when he not only took photos but also used a hose to pour water on the roof to make sure he fully understood the issue before giving us an estimate. I immediately knew he was the right person for the job. At that point, I wasn't even concerned about the price because I knew it would be fair for the work required. Mike was on time for the quote appointment. He understood my financial limitations and did not try to upsell me - at all. He took the time to debunk some claims by other gutter repair companies in terms of the size of my gutters and what was actually needed to fix my issues and was the only one who got on my roof, poured water down etc to understand the leaking issues. He was by far the most affordable and only fixed what was broken. He took the time to point out some other issues that would need to be addressed in the future but were not critical issues now. He took before and after photos to verify the issue and the completion of the work. He showed up to do the repair as promised and left absolutely no mess.
