I would say this is the best cigar store in the state of Ohio, The owner spent a few years in Cuba and he knows everything there is to know about good cigars, the owner even rolls, some of his own cigars, the taste and value of the cigars and the company cannot be found anywhere else, simply wonderful. Having to kill time before going home I decided to try the cigar lounge. They have a great selection of cigar. The lounge reminds me of my parents basement in the 80s very comfortable and inviting. If you want to have a good smoke, listen to great music and make new friends this is the place for you. Just sad it's not near my home. The experience at royal Havana cigars was amazing and something out of the ordinary. You always see cigar shops claiming that they have the best service in the world, but this place wasn't a cigar store, it was a cigar lounge. The lounge clearly paints the picture of 1960s Cuba that hits you the moment you walk in the door. The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met and unlike alot of bosses hes active with his customers and he interacts with them. In all I would definitely return. 5 stars read more

HUGE smoking lounge - two tvs - a big walkin humidor with a wide selection including some very reasonably (read inexpensive!) priced smokes. Theres some double digit priced smokes for those who want that, but you can find what you want here and not have to pay alot. And to top it all off - the owner Dave is just the best guy you wanna meet. Very willing to help you pick out a cigar if you are unsure of what you want. and he and his man Tom are quick to grab you a soda or a refill of what you are drinking. Meet some really nice people there too. Its a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. I think it will be worth the drive for you too. read more

The selection is very limited compared to other local B&Ms and the prices are extremely inflated. There are a few things this business will need to survive. 1. Improve the selection of cigars. 2. Charge a fair price. I paid $15 for a $10 cigar today. 3. Ventilation. Keeping the side and front door open isn't ventilation. 4. Buy some leather sofas. Most of the furniture looks like it was picked up off of the curb on garbage day. read more

Best cigar shop in the area! I travel from the lyndhurst/mayfield area to smoke at this lounge, it's worth the drive. Very large smoking area, 60's style, and good selection of cigars, Royal Havana has great hours, open until 9pm during the week, and 10pm Friday and Saturday. All this, plus great, professional management, who care about customer service,something that seems to be missing in a lot of retail establishments. read more

Not very a very friendly place. The older guy with the scraggly beard could use a lesson in manners as well as basic hygiene. I tried the product, was not impressed. Felt that the one cigar that I bought was over-priced and stale. Did not spend anytime at the shop. Like another poster said, looks like the furniture came from the curb. Not sure what Gretchen or Sam is talking about. The furniture is retro - not garbage. Place is styled 196070's Cuba. As for the prices Royal Havana is very affordable compared to other local lounges, there's sticks from $3-$25.
