Craig (I think his name is) was very friendly and accommodating. He knew the products well and offered some great suggestions. They had a wide range of juice to try. It was a nice experience, a complete 180 of what my experience was previously. I'll be frequenting this shop more often if this trend continues.

Very nice, helpful and polite. I would avoid this place if the young shaved head kid is working. He's ALWAYS on his phone. Talking or playing poker. You ask him a question and he gets pissed. There are no prices visible. The young kid must have never heard of customer service. If you ask him about a product? He rudely will tell you he has no idea. Are you buying it or not?! The owner? Takes his time with w ach and EVERY customer he interacts with. The kid needs to find different work away from the public. VERY VERY RUDE! Hopefully the owner will replace him soon. I have gone in a lot to by e-liquids and new tanks for my e-vapor. I was going to buy the wrong type of mixture because I heard about 100% VG and they were like "You shouldn't do that with your type of vape, it will break the tank." I was so happy that they didn't just sell it to me. Also, on a plus side! They mix all their flavors right in front of you, so it is fresh and isn't artificial tasting, like a lot of the pre-made ones in most smoke shops. It is amazing every time. They spanked everyone else's prices and we're nice on the phone which some others definitely were not. Some of the other shops where as much as a few dollars higher per pack. Jim asked me how many I may need per month and put in orders so that I would always have the product I wanted when I came in. Customer service at its best! if you smoke or roll your own tobacco I would definitely give them a call and ask for prices over the phone. I think you may be pleasantly surprised. The selection isn't huge but Jim will order in what you want if he's able to.
