They will make suggestions and try to save bottles for you depending on what you tell them you like. They have everything you need for parties in terms of hard seltzer, beer, wine, and mixers but they also have loads of very rare, highly desirable bottles with very reasonable prices for everything. This is all with top notch customer service to boot. We come to browse there just because K.P. and the other employees make it feel like "our liquor store home" for, er, want of a better analogy. As long as I'm in the New England area, Jay's will be my primary liquor store. There's no store that better straddles your needs for classy liquor and practical high volume purchases (I'm looking at you, White Claw Rose boxes). It's really the best-go check it out.
