The guy then said, "Well, sure, but I could put cooking oil in there and our company will not take coverage of it if anything happens". This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Basically, he said that he will only care if I purchase the synthetic oil. There's really no choice for me here.
