Mediocre service; and a waste of $$$ Today, June…read more4,2024, again I returned to "fix" the same issue with the AC (charging me $324 on top of what they already charged for the work that was never done right and after repeated "repairs" - initially they installed a new compressor and refrigerant (which now I am doubting that it was really necessary) but the AC was still not functioning properly...blowing hot air. The first time and second time I reported the problem, I was told the technicians didn't put the right ratio of refrigerant and oil mixture; then the same thing happened again and again... the last time I returned I was told that I have to wait until summer when it's hot outside so they can "fix" the problem!? That seemed strange but I did what they said and today (June 4th a hot Summer day at 95 degrees weather forecast, I have returned. They called 3 hours after I dropped off the car at their shop to inform me that they "discovered a leak" and needed o-rings at a cost of $324 to repair. It's apparent that they never did a competent job when they replaced the compressor the first time. The first time I went there was June 2023 and today is June 2024. The AC was not functioning properly since this issue happened (since it was not needed in the cooler weather days, I didn't have an urgent need for it and was never turned on.
