Upon arrival the shop was super clean on the inside and I saw they were still using the tub covers for the pedicures which I was extremely happy about. I waited a good 10min before I was sat down in one of the chairs and waited another 10 before being serviced. That wasn't unusual nor uncommon to me. When I tell you that Fong gave the BEST foot and leg message ever during a pedicure, it's not an understatement. She was very attentive and kept up a good conversation.
