So I think I've officially found my new nail place close to home. Went here with my nieces as a treat before they started school. It was a last minute decision and we picked it primarily because of the yelp ratings. They did a great job with the girls, they loved the color options and definitely the glitter accents. For me I got a mani dip powder and it's been amazing. It's been 5 days into my dip and it still looks brand new and not a crack or chip. They do the dip with no shellac coating or light. Which I was kind of leery about cause I haven't seen it done any other way. BUT my nails feel healthier AND they look amazing. Loved how many choices they had for color for just dip alone. I will definitely be back on the regular here! read more

Came here with a friend for a mani and mani/pedi appointment and came out super satisfied! The pieces were reasonable but they safety and health precautions they upheld around customers was stellar. There are lucite barriers between desks and techs, and they made sure to sterilize all equipment with barbicide (more often they used entirely new tools for each customer and unwrapped it in front of us). They also made sure to sterilize the door handles, polish bottles, and cash register area after each customer. Masks, of course, are enforced. In all, I would regularly go to this salon if it was closer to me! The service here is awesome and the people working here are the nicest/are willing to chat with you if you'd like. read more

Great experience! I just moved back from Chicago so I am a little weary of trying a new place. I walked in to get a regular pedicure and I sat down immediately. The pedicure was great and relaxing. She trimmed my nails, filed, cleaned, scrubbed, and massaged my feet and legs. The chairs were comfortable as well. Overall, it's exactly what I expected. The most important things to me in a pedicure is 1) they don't cut my skin, 2) they do a relatively good job, and 3) it's clean. This place was perfect. It's important to note that it IS clean. Everyone is really nice. And they did a great job. It's dumb to pay money for someone to do a worse job for me. There's nothing worse. This place is AMAZING and will be my new nail salon!!!! read more

I had a hard time finding a place that I was comfortable with. Other places the staff was rude. Here I feel at peace. It's small and cozy. My nail tech is MIMI! I her. She so detailed and neat. After reading many reviews I decided to give this place a try. Upon arrival they take your temp and have you fill out a form and make you wash your hands. Seems like a very clean place. Henry was the one doing my mani-pedi. The 3 stars are for cleanliness and Henry being friendly and doing a great job. I love going to places that make me feel welcomed which I did at first. I am currently pregnant so not sure if its my hormones but im able to detect/notice things right away. While he was doing my pedicure he said something at one point to another tech in his language which then caused another tech to immediatly look up and straight at me,,, I knew he( they) said something about me. As far as im concerned they couldve said I was the most beautiful girl in the world but it still makes you feel uncomfortable and not want to go back. I wish them the best. read more

I used to go to this salon all the time, but I'm sad to say I will not be returning. The first visits were a lot better than the latest. Seems like they don't value their regular clients and rip them off instead. The attached image below is LEE's work. She charged me $15 extra for a design that ended up looking like a 5 year old did it. The lines around the nails look nothing like what I showed her and I payed $65 for these nails that I'm embarrassed of. I cannot wait to take them off & change the color. Oh & on top of the horrible design she charged me for gel (shellac) nail polish & used regular nail polish on me instead. I can tell because I got gel so many times before and I've never had the nail polish start coming off my nails so fast 3 days after getting them done. I'm beyond disappointed in their service and will not be returning. So much for being experts at nails. read more

I looked on Yelp for a nail salon. I called and was able to get in with Flower. She gave me a wonderful pedicure/manicure service and was VERY thorough. She suggested things like color variation and also to let my big toe nails grow from years of acrylic instead of trying to upsell me on my visit and I trusted her expertise and honesty. The photos doesn't do justice but if you saw the before then you would agree on the transformation. I was more than satisfied! read more

I've been having such a hard time finding a nail salon I like. I've tried many places in the area and I'm so excited I think I finally found the one! The salon I went prior to this totally botched my nails, color and shape. The lady who did my nails here (sadly I don't remember her name) was very patient and took her time to ensure they were even and no smudge or anything. Highly recommend! I got SNS, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax for $75. I love that they use the foil to remove polish as opposed to making you soak your hands. Lee did a great job on my hands and feet and Kim did my eyebrows perfectly. I would definitely make an appointment because they were really busy. Tons of color options and the staff were all really nice. Cons - It's a little small, only one pedicure option. Not a lot of options to choose from that are "spa like". read more

I had gotten my nails done earlier that day and they were awful. I called Nail Experts and they were able to squeeze me in to fix it for me. I told her if she didn't have time, if she could just remove everything. She spent an hour and a half making my nails look so natural and beautiful after a terrible experience elsewhere. I get compliments all the time. I will never go anywhere else. Cindy is the best! I showed her a picture and she made it look identical! read more

I love this place!! it was mine and my moms first time here and we DEFINITELY will be coming back. Flower did my nails and she did an amazing job and took her time to make sure that everything was perfect, and it is. Henry, I believe my mom said his name was, made my mom feel like she was the only person in the salon while doing her pedicure. He made conversation and even offered her some candy! Called in yesterday to book for a pedicure and they were able to get me in for today easily. This was my first time coming here and found this place through Yelp while looking for a local nail place. They offer two types of pedicures, classic and deluxe with a difference of one being 30 minutes for $30 and the deluxe 45 minutes for $45. I chose the deluxe as they mentioned that you can choose from a variety of scented products. I chose the green tea and aloe Vera set. Each set comes with a 5 step application which is pretty much like a facial but for the legs. I was excited to try this place out and booked a longer session to help me relax since I am almost 39 weeks pregnant. From the moment I walked in I was kind of shocked because of how crowded the place is. This is definitely the most crowded nail place I've ever been to and by crowded I don't mean lots of customers I mean very small place. Any who that didn't affect my service because it all goes down to how your service actually went, which is what I came for. I had Mimi as my nail tech. There was a bit of a language barrier but I was able to understand her usually after repeating and that wasn't a problem for me. She was a nice lady and did a good job with shaping, cleaning, and coloring. This review could have easily been a 5 star rating but wasn't worth more than a 2 because of my experience with my nail tech. She was constantly talking in her language with the other nail techs and did a crappy job with scrubbing, applying the 5 step set and massaging because she wasn't focusing on the service but rather busy talking which is not relaxing and very unprofessional. During the scrubbing she would stop at times while talking or just scrub however because she was into her conversation. During the 5 step application she would apply the products and rub them however and quickly. The same went for the massage portion which was a whatever job again because she was into her conversation. I don't understand why some techs do this during the service as it is very unprofessional and not relaxing at all, especially since they expect a good tip. I am coming in for a service that I am expecting to receive at least a decent experience which wasn't the case. I planned on coming in for a shellac mani and deluxe pedi but wanted to try this place out first and see if it's worth it so I only booked the deluxe pedi and I'm so glad I made that decision. Because this experience involved several techs I don't plan on returning as I'll most likely get the same experience again. I wouldn't recommend this place, it is not worth the time or money. read more

I'm SUPER picky when it comes to nail salons and couldn't be more impressed with this place. I live in Detroit but visit here on the weekends to see my boyfriend. I didn't want to go to a random salon but was desperately in need. I called first to make an appointment, they accept walk-ins but they're definitely busy. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The owner (?) handed me options for shellac and offered me a complimentary drink from their mini fridge. Never seen that in a nail salon. A couple minutes later I was ready for my shellac pedicure. Everyone was SO nice and nothing was mediocre. This place was either recently remodeled or new, not sure but the massage chair was awesome. The nail tech was careful and never hurt me which is a shock...I'm always cringing when my feet are being done. While I was getting my pedicure done I noticed that the salon utilizes the dip powder technique. I didn't even need to change my finger nail polish but did anyway since I loved this place. Long story short...it was awesome. I gave them all my money and can't wait to go back! read more

Easy to make an appointment, very accommodating. I'm very particular when it comes to pedicures. Been going to the same place for over 7 years but moved to MI so needed to find a new place. Very relaxing. Prices are excellent (paid over $70 for pedicure back in CA so I was shocked). Didn't think, because of the price, I would get much and didn't expect it. I normally am a regular at a nearby salon in Rochester, but after numerous nail techs just "not working here anymore," and calling multiple times to get an appointment and being told they were "booked," I thought I would try a new place. After reading all the reviews, and seeing the pictures (I'm a clean freak,) I decided to go. I'm SO glad I did. The place is super clean. Just like my usual place, they use the pedicure bowl liners and individual dip cups, nail files and nail buffers. Flower, the lady who did my nails was so sweet, personable and does a great job. This place is excellent. I have been coming here for several years now and I've never had a bad experience. I usually see Lee and she always carefully inspects her work and fixes anything wrong.... sometimes I can't even see the imperfection she corrects. Every one of the nail techs is very good and service is always friendly! The salon is very clean and they have a huge selection of regular polish, gel, shellac, and dip powder (they also do eyebrow waxing). Each time I come in the selection grows! Seriously, almost all of their clients are long time regulars because the quality is the best. Flower, Kim, Lee, and the rest of the staff are completely focused on giving their customers the best experience possible! read more

Mind you, I'm more of a pedicure lady myself, but since I'm starting a new job tomorrow, I wanted to get a manicure instead. My tech was excellent. I got the royal treatment for only $18! That's an excellent deal, and after 10 visits, you get $15 off your next visit. Some of the treatments that came with my standard manicure were a hand massage, hot towel treatment, and a well done polish. Mind you, I didn't get the shellac, but if you did, I think it's $32. Overall a great place and worth the trip here. I will be back!
