WOW! Let me tell you if you're looking for a venue for any of your events look no further! This venue does it all, no need to have a million different vendors American Royal Palace does it all from A to Z! Mark was phenomenal, any question or concern I had he was always quick to reply and help out in any way he can. We had such a great experience hosting my sisters Event, when all our guests walked in their jaws dropped from how beautiful everything was! I can't express how grateful we are for Mark and his team they made our night a night to remember for our family and guests! Definitely coming back for any future events I may need. I promise you, you won't be disappointed if you chose this venue! They went the extra mile and showed their clients how much they cared about their events. I even forgot To get donuts for our donut wall and Mark googled at 10:30 at night which place was still open and took initiative to run and get it his self, now that's what I talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you American Royal Palace you made our night one we will never forget! I

This place deserves zero stars for the horrible service and food they provided on my wedding day. The owner is a cheat and a liar and will try to rob you blind. They served us molding bread and tried to serve more plates than there were people. Hermiz told us we had 310 people. We didn't even have 260 that RSVP to the wedding. On top of that friends and family from our wedding called me during my honeymoon complaining of food poisoning, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. The worst service ever. Take your business somewhere else. Trust me!

We're do we begin. Most wedding are planned out months almost a year in advance. This awesome place and the people who work diligently there helped us prepare it in a month. We had over 140 guests last minute confirm so we needed a new spot. Mark and Hirmiz are such warm-hearted, professional, down to earth, and most importantly they're miracle workers. We chose some colors and they took some time to show us some designs. We picked a design and they went ALL OUT(pictures included) The reception, ceremony, and party was done here and they helped transition everything so smoothly. Their people were making sure our guests were served and fed and then they even picked up afterwards. They also provided a bartender along with the servers who interacted very well with our guests. The dry ice smoke is a MUST!!! No questions. When it comes to parties, weddings, or any kind of celebrations YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH AMERICAN ROYAL PALACE. The price is more than far and they go ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you so much for being part of our special day.

Dream(wedding)s can come true with Jennifer & her team!! I'm still speechless with how amazing…read moreeverything went on 10/11/25. We opted for the all in package where Boojum coordinated with their preferred venders to handle about 90% of the arrangements and for a VERY reasonable price. Everyone brought their A game!! Food was delicious, music was fantastic (even with a last minute DJ swap due to an emergency), and the grounds were stunning! They did everything right. Multiple beautiful backdrops available for the big day. We chose the grand fountain but soooo many other great options. Even the little things. Everyone warned us how hard it is to eat on your wedding day but as soon as we left the ceremony area to the backstage, there was a waiter for my wife and I along with the bridal party with appetizers and drink orders. Jennifer the day of works as your wedding coordinator and she does a fantastic job! Everything was so well run and on time as well. Everyone told me this was the best venue and the best experience they ever had at a wedding and I know it wasn't just them being nice! If you're the type of person who wants to be able to say you got married at Wrigley, fine. But if your focus is the best possible experience for your guests and yourselves, Boojum is by far the way to go!! These guys throw an EPIC wedding and party!!!

If you haven't been there, then you definitely need to pay it a visit. However, for a wedding venue, it was a bit odd. Maybe this was the fault of the coordinator? First the good things! The customer service really was great! The staff managing the bar area were super friendly and great to talk to at every visit! The food served was delicious, no complaints at all! The decor and aesthetics were wonderful for the venue and the Arizona area. The area in the main part of the venue, were the ceremony took place was lovely and shaded. There was a fountain and surrounded by lovely trees and structures. As with all venues, hosting a wedding with a cash or cash-less bar, this venue fell into the same issue. The alcohol not in bottles or cans just had to be watered down. There is no possible way our friends and myself had as many vodka mixed drinks, we are talking about over 10 or 11 at least for myself, and never even got a buzz. This seemed to be the consensus. The other issue was just the layout. The covered area / enclosed structure where the dinner took place was large and spacious. It was decorated with plants and man made areas that were lovely and it kept everyone together, socializing, and simply having fun. When that was done we were moved to an area behind the bar/sitting structure for live DJ and dance floor. This was simply counter productive to encouraging that togetherness and partying. instead it had various separate and distinct fire pits with covered areas and seating around each one. This pretty much cause the wedding party to all separate into their own clicks and neither one really interacting unless you were directly related/known to them some how. The dance floor was a raised gazebo area, which was lovely. However, from where some of the fire pits were, you had no view of who was dancing or if anyone was dancing. The DJ played a great playlist but she could have been definitely more interactive.

5 stars if Gerardo is your day of coordinator!!!…read more First things first - this venue is so beautiful and perfect. There are 2 sides & we chose the side with the red brick reception area and it truly was perfect. When we initially toured the venue we worked with Katie and then all of our subsequent planning meetings were with her up until our very last meeting 10 days prior to the venue. She is very knowledgable, but can be impatient and a bit snappy at times, especially if you ask questions or don't quite understand what she means the first time she says it. My husband and I felt this was somewhat off-putting, but rolled with it anyways because what are you gonna do? Our final meeting 10 days before the wedding we worked with the 1st person outside of Katie, and it was Gerardo. Gerardo is INCREDIBLE. He was patient, kind, and really went the extra mile to ensure we not only understood all of the moving parts but also felt comfortable and excited about the most special day of our lives. We asked him if he could be our day of coordinator and he arranged it so we actually worked with him at both our rehearsal and our wedding day. He is the reason this review is 5 stars. On the day of our wedding we had an issue with the arch we had rented and when he came to tell me about it he already had a solution so all I had to do was OK the course correction instead of problem solve a stressful situation on my wedding day. Our banquet captain was also incredible (I can't remember her name but we connected over Fourth Wing the book - she'll know who she is!) and really took care of us after Gerardo left. We also utilized the DJ and bartender provided by the venue. Our DJ was great, but our bartender was super drunk and taking shots in front of my guests when he should have been serving them. Probably something the venue could look into to prevent the next couple/guests from having to deal with that. All in all, the day was more beautiful and fun than I could have ever imagined, and I am really thankful we were able to work with Gerardo and our amazing banquet captain because they really went above and beyond!

Dust on large mirror leaning against the wall, they told her to keep the dress hanging there. It rained... ceiling has multiple leaks! They brought out Home Depot buckets on tables where guest were standing during cocktail hour. No towels/ no fans/ 1 mop/ 1 broom. Water and mud all over the floors, with no way to clean it up. The tent/ reception. The staff were not helpful at all. The bride, my cousin and her husband had their sweetheart table flooded. My poor cousin's feet were soaked when she tried to sit down at her table to eat dinner. My Uncle, bride's father, kept asking staff to help mop up the floor so guest would not slip. He was pissed since he had to keep trying to find somebody who could actually help. They did not even bring out towels and said they had no more mops to help clean up the puddles. I don't know if they're used to hiring young kids who aren't trained outside of serving food, set up and teardown... Just make sure you have a wedding coordinator to help make everything go smoothly. Staff did not help with anything. Staff shrugged and said let me ask. No towels, fans, blow dryers, then ceiling had multiple leaks, one old bathroom, where all the guests were in the same room as the couple taking their pictures during cocktail hour. When it was all over, she cried, and understandably upset with how everything was handled. I don't want anyone else to ever feel that way.

It is a live-in artisian community for those wanting to perfect a certain type of bell making technic. The setting is mystical as it reminded me of a Hollywood movie set. It was beautiful in a unique way. I was glad to be attending a Cloth and Flame dinner here tonight. Cloth and Flame (C and F) had enhanced the surroundings with a bar, spa-like soothing music and mood lighting. Hors d'oeuvres were served while people mingled and engaged in pleasant conversations. An introduction was made of C and F, Arcosant staff and residents. They explained the mission of Arcosanti and shared the founder's vision. The bell was sounded and we all took our assigned seats for an incredible evening and fabulous food. Around 75 people sat at assigned seats for a delicious family style meal. Being seated in this manner forced you to meet and have conversations with couples on your right and left. It was a community feeling for a dinner that I don't get at a normal restaurant. People were open, engaging, friendly and warm. It was like dining at a friend's house with additional guests you have never met. The ambience was only outdone by the quality and flavor of the food. I have included a copy of the menu. We started with a mushroom, roasted garlic and allum crema. I am a huge fan of mushrooms and was not disappointed but had to remember, this was meant to be shared with others at the table. The next dish was a salad with cauliflower, raisins, berry mixture and mint. It was a completely different taste profile and a welcomed surprise to my taste buds. The orange flavored salmon filets and beef tenderloin with chimichurri sauces was perfectly cooked and moist. This is not easy to accomplish as they had to be served to all guests at once and were spot on. Great job by the chefs! Our dessert was a corn marscapone with strawberries. If you are looking to have a special evening with incredibly prepared food in a mystical setting, call Cloth and Flame. It will be a memorable evening and an enriching experience for those attending. Hats off to an event that was impeccably plannef and over the top.

I had a vision for what I wanted the florals to look like for my wedding. Before meeting with Julie, I met with at least 5 florists. I very clear in expressing my ideas. All of the florists took over two weeks send me the proposal. They quoted me by the flower--each flower costing a certain amount which always ended up being wayyyy over my budget. When they finally sent me the proposal it was nothing like I pictured. When I would ask them to revise it, they would either tell me what I was asking for couldn't be done or they wouldn't even respond to me. ALL of that changed when I met Julie. I contacted her and she responded almost immediately. She asked me to send her pictures of ideas I had. By the time of our first meeting she already understood my style and had even more suggestions for me that were beautiful! She had the proposal done the same day and worked within my budget. She doesn't stem count so I got more flowers than in any of the other proposals for much, much cheaper. She even custom made one of my centerpieces. She has such a fantastic eye and is so experienced that she made everything more beautiful then I even thought possible! But Julie is so much more than a florist! Even though she wasn't my wedding planner (I already had one by the time I met Julie) she treated me like I was one of her brides. She constantly checked on me. When I had an issue with anything for my wedding, she went out of her way to find a solution. She was with me every step of the way and she made me feel so special and truly made my wedding planning process stress free. She is the best! I am SO thankful I found Julie. I had the wedding of my dreams all thanks to her!
