What can we say... WOW! Boojum Tree was the wedding venue of our dreams! The venue itself is so beautiful, perfectly matching our vibe with its greenery, eclectic decorations, warm lights, stone, wood, and water features. The settings within it are so varied and fun to hang out in and explore, and many of our guests came to tell us how gorgeous it was. Moving on from looks, Boojum Tree also has fantastic package deals, which made planning for the wedding so much less stressful from out of state. To have a set of great vendors already included (bar, catering, DJ, and day-of-coordinator), as well as decorations, silverware, linens, chairs, ceremony equipment, etc etc was the best thing and really helped us be present and enjoy our wedding. Our day-of-coordinator, Jennifer, was also incredible! She took great care of us, staying organized, moving around flowers and decorations, ensuring our wedding favors were at each table, coordinating with our other vendors, helping with an emergency dress bustling, keeping us on time, and hundreds of other things that we did not see behind the scenes. She clearly works hard and is amazing at what she does. This was the perfect venue for the best day of our lives and booking with Boojum was the single best decision we made. We cannot sing their praises enough and could not have had the wedding we did without them. We are so thankful to the team that made it happen!

The moment we toured this venue we knew it was where we wanted to get married. Boojum Tree is so magical and such a hidden gem! Our guests loved the uniqueness of the venue, and we are still receiving compliments on how beautiful everything was. The flowers and greenery make this venue gorgeous and requires minimal additional details. We did the Birds of Paradise Package. All of the package vendors were very attentive and so easy to work with - Heidi's Event Catering, Valley Mix Entertainment Oscar, and Raise Your Glass Bartending. Jennifer, our wedding coordinator from the venue was amazing from our first meeting to our wedding day. She truly made the wedding planning experience stress free. We love this place so much and cannot recommend this venue enough!

The Boojum Tree is beyond a bride and groom's dream for a venue and coordinator! If you're looking for an incredible wedding and vibe for your big day, look no further than the Boojum Tree. Jennifer was excellent from our first meeting to our wedding day. She truly made our wedding planning experience virtually stress free! Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was and how well everything flowed throughout the day. Not to mention, each part of the evening had a whole new vibe. We opted for the Bird of Paradise Package and LOVED our experience. From working with Heidi's fantastic catering team to a perfect bar hosted by Raise Your Glass Bartending to working with Birkett Entertainment....we could not have dreamed of a better group of incredible people to host our dream wedding.

We had our wedding in December and we could not recommend Boojum Tree enough. Jennifer and her team was amazing to work with and responsive to the many questions I had leading up to our day. They are extremely organized and it is obvious they know how to conduct a wedding. The venue is beautiful and so unique- a green, lush hidden gem in the AZ desert. Our vendors were also amazing and we were able to enjoy our night with no stress. We are still getting comments about how beautiful a night it was! Selfishly, I would love this venue to stay small and hidden so we can hold onto our own private memories of our wedding, however, Boojum Tree deserves the best ratings and couples should not regret choosing them for their big day.

DO NOT SLEEP on this lil venue! We just attended a wedding here and the whole property is adorable. Outdoor venues can be tricky in the valley, but Boojum nails it. Multiple outdoor areas like a gazebo and large patio surrounding a fountain for a main ceremony or party space, and then a whole inside ballroom-sized space that's not only air conditioned but also surrounded by rainforest-like greenery with a huge waterfall. Guests could stay inside or go outside, they could be right by the dj on the dancefloor or off to the side in one of many many seating areas where you can still hear the music and see the dancing fun - but at a distance that you can have a normal conversation. All of the staff here were fun, friendly, helpful, and professional - if you want the best ask for Jennifer when you book.

Boojum tree & Jennifer (DOC) was amazing, absolutely most beautiful venue. Our guests can't stop talking about it. Highly recommend!!! We also dealt with unexpected rain and she executed and moved things around flawlessly!

    Ceremony in courtyard facing fountain

My husband and I just got married at Boojum Tree last weekend on 3/2/24. It was absolutely amazing and beautiful, down to every last detail! The venue feels like you're in a jungle, with trees and plants everywhere! It completely wowed our guests, and several people told us it was the coolest venue and most fun wedding they'd ever been to. We loved that the venue hosts the ceremony, dinner, and dancing/reception in 3 different areas (courtyard, greenhouse, and gazebo) even though we'd only been to weddings where the dance floor is surrounded by the dinner tables. The way they do it is different but also better because no one is stuck in their seats all night and can walk around and explore. We got their biggest package that included several trusted vendors which was awesome - less searching and decision making for us! The vendors that are included were all great to work with and did everything the way we wanted. The food and cake were both great, and the DJ can also supply a slideshow, photo booth, fog machine and more to make the party awesome. All the vendors worked seamlessly together and everything flowed so well, we didn't have to worry about anything going wrong. Jennifer was the greatest coordinator, and answered all our questions promptly when we emailed her, gave great advice, and reassured us when we brought up worries and gave practical solutions. She was also amazing on the wedding day itself, making sure we had everything we needed, kept everything organized and flowing on time, and made us feel comfortable and confident. Can't recommend this place enough!! (Photographer was @yasminecarmenphoto who was also amazing)

    Ceremony

We had our wedding at Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens 3 weeks ago. It was the best decision we made. We chose the Birds of Paradise package. Outdoor ceremony, greenhouse for reception, and the party returned to their outdoor garden. (cigars okay!) Beautiful foliage, unique backdrops to photos, elegant, intimate setting, and fun for us and our guest. Our guest loved our wedding venue even in the 100 degree heat of the desert in September. Plenty of shade from the fully matured foliage. Jennifer was very caring, great with input, detail orientated, professional. Our package vendors were all very attentive and we sincerely thank them for their professionalism. (Heidi's Event Catering, Valley Mix Entertainment Oscar, Raise Your Glass Bartending, Harley Bonham Photography, Jet Limousine) Relaxing atmosphere. We were from out of town, as were most of our guest, and Boojum Tree location was reasonable with travel time to and from lodging, airport, restaurants, and local attractions. 15 to 20 minutes tops.

Ask the Community - Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens

Does anyone know their price range? There's not even a ballpark on their website.

I used the contact tab on their website... filled out some event info, submitted it and within minutes I had all the pricing and package info. Easy.

But where are the Boojum Trees?

There is a Boojum Tree in their Palm Garden.

What type of accommodations do they make during the hot summer months?

They do not offer event dates from June 1st-September 15th, due to the heat and Monsoons.

    What are the price ranges?

Not a good venue for more than 150 people... but I think for 100 it's around $12,000 and up? Very interesting and beautiful set up they have

The venue manager, Lorena, is completely unprofessional, and the communication throughout the entire process was a nightmare. If you are considering booking this space, please be aware of the multiple red flags we experienced: Right from the start, Lorena canceled our first viewing appointment. Once we rescheduled and booked, communication via text became incredibly difficult. She would take days to respond, routinely failed to fully read messages, and would either ignore direct questions or respond with completely irrelevant answers. Getting a clear answer on when we could meet to pay our remaining balance was an exhausting process of constant follow-ups. During our initial visit, we were explicitly told multiple times that we could have a taquero set up inside the venue. However, when we arrived a month before the event to pay our final balance, Lorena abruptly changed her story, stating it wasn't allowed due to code issues. While code compliance is understandable, she should have contacted us to let us know about the changes sooner. Fortunately, our caterer was flexible enough to switch to a buffet style. We were told the venue would be open starting at 9:00 AM on the day of our event. When we arrived at 1:00 PM to set up, the building was locked. It took staff 30 minutes to arrive and open up, leaving us and our vendors waiting outside, which threw off our entire schedule. During setup, venue personnel constantly hovered and micromanaged us--complaining about the doors being open while we were actively unloading heavy items and restricting one of the vendors from using the VIP suite we had explicitly been told we could use for storage. Our contract required a $500 refundable deposit, which we paid in cash and were promised would be returned in cash. It ultimately took nearly two weeks of constant hounding to get our money back. When I went to retrieve it the Thursday after the event, Lorena claimed she didn't have the cash and promised the owner (Lupita) would Zelle it to me. After providing my information, Lorena would not respond to my texts for days, or sometimes would not respond at all. Fed up, I managed to track down the owner's number directly. When I spoke to Lupita on Friday, she informed me that she had actually given the deposit money to Lorena the day prior. Lorena had the money since Thursday and had not contacted me, even though she knew I had been asking for it for two weeks. The owner told me I could pick it up that day. When I finally went to pick up the deposit, Lorena was incredibly short with us and didn't even apologize. If I hadn't taken it upon myself to bypass management and contact the owner directly, I would probably still be waiting for my money. What should have been a celebratory experience was ruined by unnecessary stress and unprofessionalism. The venue itself is great for parties, but the venue manager/coordinator was horrible. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

The Chateau Luxe is an award-winning venue in North Phoenix often used for weddings and other special events. The event I attended was an annual fundraiser for an organization important to me, and it provided the organization with the opportunity to increase the number of attendees from just over 300 people to nearly 500 people. From the moment my wife and I arrived and used the valet, we were impressed how smooth of a process it was to leave our car and later pick it up. We were prepared for a very long wait at the valet like it had been at events where we really had no choice but to use valet, though we were even more impressed when no one had to wait for very long as there were so many people working and cars were arriving as quickly as the valet cards were given. This small touch made a huge difference. When we walked into the venue itself, there were tables set up along a large entrance area allowing us to check in before walking into a very large open area, where a bar was set up right in the middle with high tables, seating, or just open areas to stand and talk and catch up with new and old friends and colleagues alike. From that area, we moved into a large ballroom with a stage after our cocktail hour ended. The ballroom was set up with more than fifty tables, and the dinner was a plated meal. Compared to other venues we have used, it certainly felt more spacious and not crowded at all. Anyone interested in hosting an event at this wonderful venue can find more information at https://chateauluxeaz.com. They have over 50,000 square feet of versatile indoor event space and over 35,000 square feet of outdoor event space. To be honest, we barely saw the outdoor space as the entire event was held indoors. But now, when I hear of an event being hosted there, I will certainly consider jumping at the opportunity.

Now I realize that the 2026 was a Summer Olympics and Curling is part of the Winter Olympics, but we didn't care Upon entry to go to the host stand and tell them what you're looking to do (activities vs bar/waiting). The space is relatively open and you can immediately see the fully stocked bar, the bowling area, the back axe throwing lanes, and the enclosed curling lanes. We opted for a package that got us unlimited games (any) for an hour. We started with curling and we didn't need any special clothes or shoes. We were lead to a lane and it's set up like shuffleboard (you can stand on either side and there's two separate color stones). There's ice where you glide your stones and you stand on rubber for traction. You can glide by hand or use a piece of equipment that is essentially a stick to help push and guide your stone. There's an attendant on duty to help any stones that are stuck or that don't make it down the lane The experience was awesome. We've always wanted to try curling, but it's difficult to find somewhere that is set up to let you do that. We were amazed that we finally tried it in a desert of all places. There are no brushes like in typical curling, but you still get a sense of the Olympic activity. The bowling was fun too, but it's a smaller version like you might see in some novelty bars. Axe throwing was that of typical ax throwing. You had a couple different sizes of axes, there's lanes and you throw at a wooden target. They had computers to input your name and keep track of points. It was sometimes difficult to stick the wooden target, but it was fun We didn't try the food or drink, but everything looked good. The staff were very helpful. It was a weekend, and it wasn't overly crowded which was nice. Overall it was a fun experience Some tips: If your stones seem to be getting stuck down the lane, ask the attendant to move you to another lane. That's what we did and it made all the difference Explore the rest of bustling Old Town Scottsdale. There's literally something for everyone, and definitely check out the Frybread Lounge for some great Native American fusion cuisine Chee
