I think this person is truly an exceptional case, as when you read further in their review they admit they were not cleaning up after themselves for weeks on end, nor answering their own incoming phone calls. I was advised ahead of time if I had a guard on the gutters, there would be an additional charge. There's a guard on the back of my house but not front. When they unscrewed the guard and took a picture of what lied underneath I was taken away. They cleaned and took out all the gunk. Will call them in the spring time. Very professional!
