She's incredibly sweet and gentle with my dog, Frankie. Every time we come in, she greets him with cuddles and baby talk, and he's instantly at ease. We actually used to go to Pawfections down the road, but after a bad experience there--where I suspect the main groomer hurt Frankie during a nail trim--he became scared, aggressive, and refused to go inside. That behavior was so unlike him, and it broke my heart. Since switching to Paws Up, it's been a complete night and day difference. Frankie is calm, happy, and totally comfortable here. The staff are warm, professional, and clearly love what they do. Highly recommend! Frankie was also featured in the Easter Egg Hunt video! Super cute!

She also cleaned his teeth which she did an amazing job. Normally, I have to bring him to the vet and they have to Give him anesthesia to do his teeth and he's already a little older so I'm always a little worried about that so I was so happy when she said she can clean the teeth without having to give him anesthesia or anything and let me tell you the price is just amazing. She's worth every penny and she definitely saved me about $300 from going to the vet to get his teeth done. Thank you again and I'll be back soon.

The employee greeted us and Tiny Tim while feeding him a doggy treat from a metal king's crown. She then took us on a mini tour of the business with a glance into the grooming area. Two dogs were undergoing an extreme hair makeover. The price for a full service treatment is $95.00 and includes hair cut, shampoo, nails and blow dry.

They carried everything from shampoos to faux designer clothing, leashes, collars, and bows for your furry little friends. We were greeted immediately with a small treat for Tiny Tim. The employee answered all our questions and even gave us a little tour of the grooming stations through glass windows on the outside of the store. A complete grooming would cost close to $100.
