Took my girls to this salon a few times. One of my girls has a defective pad due to a birth anomaly. Her husband nicked the pad and refused to admit to this injury. It cost me several hundred dollars of vet bills to treat the injury. No accountability! Tanya was initially friendly. On my last visit she was beyond rude to me . I awaited to pay while she was having a personal conversation with the next client (speaking about the client, her husband and her dog). She ignored my need to pay and leave. When I requested to pay before my dogs were given to me, she ignored this request and brought them to me regardless. When I texted her regarding our exchange, she told me that one of my puppies wanted to stand during grooming and that this would incur another additional fee!!! I have never been treated in this manner by anyone, let along a young woman in her 20's!! I came to her as I believed in helping young entrepreneurs, I left feeling deflated. Perhaps only those residents who wear full makeup and dress stylish are afforded courtesy. NEVER judge a book by its cover, Tanya. I was recommended to try it by a neighbor who I trust but my golden retriever is 14 years old, afraid of everything and can't stand long due to arthritis. This young girl picked him up by herself and carried him to an area where she could work on him and just let him relax till he was comfortable. She took her time and let him take breaks and not only was he happy throughout the whole experience, he looks like a puppy. He's so beautiful and she did such an amazing job that we all can't stop petting him and taking pictures. I would recommend chewy to everyone.
