I contacted the company and asked if they would honor the gift cert at 50% or 25% ($25 for a $100 gift cert) if I made a large purchase. I was told they would not honor the gift cert in any way and would not offer any discounts. I understand that letting the gift cert expire was completely my error however I was surprised how unaccommodating or understanding the company was. There are plenty of printing companies no reason to give business where business is not wanted.
