The company refused to fix it and refused to provide me their insurance information. They then blocked any phone number I called from and refused to return messages. I managed to get their insurance information from a third party and then TC Roofing Pros also ghosted the insurance company so that my claim could not be fulfilled. I now have a new roof with a warranty that can't be used. There are plenty of roofers out there, avoid these ones.

I went over it in detail with someone (again) in their office and he verbally agreed to do the job the next week and send the new and updated contract and I never heard from him again. It appears they are of low quality customer service and don't believe in holding to their word either verbally or in contract. Be very cautious if you ever decide to call these guys out of desperation. I would not recommend them to anyone, regardless if the price seems right.

I got quotes from 3 builders, Black Label and one other were exactly the same, a third quote was a couple thousand less but the reasons became obvious. They used the best materials and the roof looks fantastic. They were delayed a few weeks due to weather but that can't be helped with roofs. Their warranty was the best of the three as well. I normally do all of my own work and in over 20 years this is the first time I ever hired someone to do any work for me, so I am very picky and I know what I'm looking for - honestly I just didn't do it myself because it would have taken me forever working alone, and I'd have had the house tarped up for weeks with a partially finished roof. Stan's crew was done in 2 days and even finished up during a major snowstorm. Couldn't be happier. Big thing for me is communication, and every text or email was answered within 24 hours. Would definitely hire again, but I'll probably never need another roof!

You can bypass the middle man, and stop by any roof job you see in your area with a pile of people working on it, and made your own deal, I'm sure for a lot less money!  Shame on you John, I trusted you..... And John never came back to correct the problems with the work that was performed! Like they say buyer beware! I do intend to contact the BBB........ I had called a few other roofers in the area during that time but found that these folks not only had the best price, but also offered the best brand of roofing materials. The owner also made some recommendations to help prevent problems down the road that none of the others had. The crew was so professional and did an excellent job. Clean up afterwards was like they were never there. It's been 4 years since the install, and I have no complaints whatsoever - and so happy with the selection (I was struggling with that, so the office manager came over and she helped me pick just the right one!).
