The Van that picked us up at our hotel was so dirty with filthy seats, windows and carpet but that…read morewasn't the worst part...it was literally held together by duct tape in several areas of the vehicle. And that's only what we could see never mind what we cannot see! the smell was enough to make you want to walk! $12 per person...you might as well take a reputable cab (yellow), find a limousine or just rent a car at the airport!

The lady who answers the phone for reservations is friendly and helpful. You're given an approximate time for pickup. I've heard complaints of it arriving late but that hasn't been my experience. Usually there's only a few passengers so lots of space. The seats are very comfortable. The driver puts your luggage in the back, and sets off. I have always felt like the driver was very friendly and willing to chat, and a safe driver even in poor conditions. The van itself is not top notch - at $12 it's obviously not going to be like a cab ride. The condition of the van hasn't been a concern for me yet. If you're quite particular about where your park your bum, then maybe this isn't the service for you. I like the cheap ride, the good service, and the friendly staff so it works great for me!
