Terrible repair and even worse customer service!…read more I had a cheap runner shortened with Rug Repair. They said they would call when they were done. Never did. After 3 weeks I asked about it and they said it was there and ready, but they were already closed on a Friday before 2pm. I asked if I could pick it up on Saturday and they said they would be there from 9 to at least 10 am and then out for deliveries. I showed up at 9:40, nobody was there. When I called the first time they hung up on me and the second time they said nobody would be available before 2pm. They refused to deliver for the price I paid to repair ($80), but said I could go get it on Monday at 9am. On Monday at 8:30 they called asking to be there at 8:45 because they had to leave at 9:15. Besides the bad communication and unavailability to return the rug, the work was mediocre to say the least. The stitching was all uneven and coming loose in some points. (Attached pic). I had to grab a needle and thread and fix it myself.
