Jeep set to tow - Job very well done! We needed our 2021 Jeep with LED lighting setup for towing on our 2021 Georgetown GT7. The Royal RV & Auto Center did an outstanding job with a friendly reliable team. The modifications to our Jeep breaking and lightning systems along with the BlueOx tow bar were installed, tested and explained very well. As we test drove the Jeep towing, we realized that returning to the shop wasn't necessary since everything was great! This review is overdue, but I had to write about the awesome experience we had at Royal Motors. My wife and I were driving across country a while back, and were in just the second day of our trip when our AC went out. Despite the fact that we rolled into town at just about their closing time, Jennifer at the desk managed to get us seen. My wife brought the car in and Lynn (I think that was his name) and his team took a look at our car. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem, and charged us a very reasonable price. They told us that if it happened again there was potentially a bigger, more expensive fix that could be done, but recommended giving it a go to see what happened. We've had no problems since then and they ended up saving us a few hundred dollars. Overall everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and super accommodating given the late hour we arrived. Our 2023 Grand Design 5th wheel's slide out never worked properly since we purchased it July 2022. We had it replaced by our California dealer June 2023 but had to wait 3 months until we could bring it in for service and another 2 months once there as they had to wait for parts and labor shortage. It failed again after only 5 stops! We were in Washington State at the time. Called Grand Design tech support who referred us to to Royal RV. We were assured they were as good as GD for the replacement work and they could have it completely replaced in one business day if we could get to Indiana. We made the mad dash from Washington to Indiana in 9 days. Sure enough, the day of our dropping it off at 7am they had it replaced and in perfect working order by 3pm the same day!!! Have been on the road with it for over 4 months now and the slide out has not had any further issues. All staff and management were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them! read more

Distraught by the delivery and final purchase phase of our camper through Royal RV and Auto. My wife and I decided to go with them and worked a deal on a new Ozark 1650BHKX. I spoke with Nate and Jeremy through their online chat, text message and over the phone numerous times. I told them that I wanted an all in price of XXXXXXX and did not want to have to pay a penny more for for any fees, taxes, titles, etc. or delivery to my house in VA. After continued talking and me asking questions to clarify, they finally agreed on a number and we started the purchase price. Up to this point I was very happy and excited to start this journey with my family. When the camper was delivered this week by a driver, his first words were "they didn't even clean the d@%$ thing?" In other words, he picked it up dirty, and it was delivered to us dirty.....not travel dirt and bugs that is expected but "its been sitting on the lot for awhile" dirt and grime that has just created a film that is completely vertical, not angled as if it was during transport. Inside there is dirt, sawdust, hole saw blanks on the floor and black smudges and fingerprints on the ceiling and walls etc. My wife and I were a little surprised but didn't stress it as a little elbow grease would have it like new regardless and we got the deal we wanted... WRONG. I get a call from Jennifer, the Royal RV Titling agent and am told that they would send the paperwork I need to go to the DMV and pay taxes and get permanent tags.... this is an issue because I specifically asked to have ALL fees, Taxes, etc. included in the price. She lets me know that they do not have reciprocity with Va and that it is not possible..... why do the salesmen not know how to clarify this to customers that want an all in price!? My wife and I are now stuck with adding over 2k more on the "take home" price of the camper which makes it 100% NOT WORTH BUYING as we could have gotten the same thing cheaper at a camper dealer less than 2 hours away, and in our home state who would have taken care of DMV filings. Royal RV and Auto seemed like an awesome place to do business, but through their lack of communication through departments AND inability to clarify to me as a customer PRE-PURCHASE, I am getting ripped off and Mike in Finance's best reply was simply "you signed the papers, and they say 0 sales tax." Yeah Mike, I thought by that it meant I wasn't paying and the dealership was taking care of it as part of the deal......STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE OR PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION. read more
