I have used Auto Village for a long time on my 2016 Honda Civic and the work was excellent and all the employees are the best! Recently my ex-husband took in his 1993 Ford Ranger truck with over 300,00 miles on it with so many problems as you can imagine. No other auto service center could fix any of the problems!! The owner of the shop, Brian, was able to fit me in on their busy schedule to "check up" the condition of a car I drove three hours to buy from a private seller. His welcoming attitude and warm friendly personality made me and the seller comfortable with his evaluation. I have searched for many years for someone that is trustworthy, appreciative, and has great mechanics. I have gone to Auto Village for over 15 years, and I have no desire to go anywhere else. I went to Auto Village after I was told by another mechanic that the work on my air conditioner would cost $900. When I explained what the other mechanic said, Brian told me that didn't sound right. Lo and behold, it only cost a couple hundred dollars to fix. I have gone there ever since. Brian knows people don't always have the money to fix everything at once. He will tell you what absolutely has to be fixed right away and what might be able to wait. He will give you less expensive options if they are available, and he will explain the pros and cons with going with something less expensive at the moment. He also always calls before he does any work that he hasn't talked to you about. Brian works hard to get you in quickly in an emergency, and his store hours allow me to drop my vehicle off before I go to work if that's what I need to do.
