Paws in the Bath - Extremely Disappointed and Will Never Return…read more I took my two dogs to Paws in the Bath and had one of the worst grooming experiences I've ever encountered. A week prior to their appointment, I personally dropped off their medical certifications and provided printed photos of exactly how I wanted each dog groomed. The staff member behind the counter with tattoos accepted everything. Because the groomer wasn't there that day, I made arrangements to take the afternoon off work on the day of the appointment just so I could meet with her directly. Shockingly, the groomer (Mina?) had no record of the paperwork or the photos I submitted. I had to go back to my car, get my phone, and show her the grooming style again. Despite this, she completely disregarded every instruction I gave. For my terrier, I specifically asked for a "tipped" look and made it clear that he should not be shaved. He was shaved down with uneven, poor scissor work that looked nothing like what I asked for. As for my second dog, I asked that her eyebrows, mane, and ears be left long -- she came back with her eyebrows gone and the hair around her mouth and ears hacked short. Both of my dogs looked awful and have not been themselves since. I still paid the full bill and even left a tip -- at the time, I hadn't realized just how bad the grooming was. After receiving a text message from the company, I replied and expressed my disappointment. I've received no follow-up or apology. I will never return to Paws in the Bath, and I strongly urge others not to take their pets here. The lack of care, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. Do not risk your pet's well-being.

Every petsmart…read moreI've been to has offered awful and terrible customer service and have barely to no knowledge about most of the products they offer until stepping foot into this petsmart. The staff here are very patient and helpful. Usually if I'm being treated poorly I won't purchase anything from the store since there are other stores out there that offer the same products but treat the customers far better. We ended up leaving with an orthopaedic dog bed, some nice and cute little toys, and a brand newly engraved name tag. Will definitely come back to this location.

I have a background in nursing and I know excellent care when I see it. Sometimes that means extra tests. In good care you don't just say that you know what an illness is unless you are very certain, you also rule out the other possibles. Other vets don't have hospital level facilities as they do. Reading these negative reviews is concerning, but we need to remember that people mostly post when they have had a negative experience and don't for the positive ones.
