Ed is the owner and he is the man. What a character! He's no butt kisser. He's harsh, hilarious but above all helpful! He knows all his products and will take the time to show you what he's got. It also carries quite a few accessories related to pipes and cigars, but I'm not familiar with the prices enough to comment on whether they were decent. As far as cigars (my reason for being there), they had a decent sized walk in room and carried a good selection. I chose 2 cigars from Drew Estates which were both excellent smokes. As far as service goes, the person that helped me could have been friendlier (reason for 4 star rather than 5 star review). Being a small shop, I expected to be greeted (welcome in, hello, how are you, ANYTHING), but there was no greeting. Also, upon checking out, no "thank you, have a great day, come back soon, ANYTHING". I really didn't feel like a valued customer or that my business was valued there. Come to think of it, I should be giving this place 3 stars instead of 4 just on the service alone. If you are in need of cigars or loose pipe tobacco, this place likely has what you need. But, don't expect stellar service. Personally, I like to support business where my business is valued, if possible.
