I decided to give it a try so we made an appointment. First impression walking in was how clean and neat this place was. All the mail technicians were matching uniforms. We were not only greeted as we walked in but every person told us hi as we walked past them. We were taken to our chairs and these were like no chairs I had seen before. They were super comfortable and looked oversized but hugged you at the same time. The nail technician Kristine came and greeted me as she started preparing the water. She confirmed what I wanted before starting. She was very professional, detailed and gentle all at the same time. When everything was done and I paid my bill, the owner stopped me and told me to pick my "lucky money". Next to the register was a vase with pieces of paper inside. I picked one out and it read $2 on it. I was then handed a gift certificate for $2 for my next visit. I asked what was the highest amount in there and was told $100.
