Both of our pedicures were poorly done. The massage was way shorter than what we paid for, and they did not even remove the dead skin. Also, my nails came out crooked... The lady doing my pedicure also kept huffing and puffing, which made the whole experience uncomfortable for me. I even suggested maybe using a timer, so customers know they are getting the full service and was basically brushed off and told they know what they are doing. I will say the woman who did my full set was nice, but I asked for a pink undertone and got more of a white/nude color instead. Services was around $170... Overall just not a good experience, which is frustrating because we used to like coming here. I will not be going back.

I have a lot of dead skin that grows in the corners of my toes and I'm asking her to dig in there to get it out as I've asked other places to do and she refused to do that as well saying she doesn't see anything but she's not even trying. I decided to give it a try so we made an appointment. First impression walking in was how clean and neat this place was. All the mail technicians were matching uniforms. We were not only greeted as we walked in but every person told us hi as we walked past them. We were taken to our chairs and these were like no chairs I had seen before. They were super comfortable and looked oversized but hugged you at the same time. The nail technician Kristine came and greeted me as she started preparing the water. She confirmed what I wanted before starting. She was very professional, detailed and gentle all at the same time. When everything was done and I paid my bill, the owner stopped me and told me to pick my "lucky money". Next to the register was a vase with pieces of paper inside. I picked one out and it read $2 on it. I was then handed a gift certificate for $2 for my next visit. I asked what was the highest amount in there and was told $100. I asked if I could re-pick but was told no with a smile. It was worth a try. I will be back here for sure!

Start to finish. This team is excellent and efficient and a clean and welcoming environment. I recommend 100%. Kady insured the technicians May and Jenny used the correct polish on my manicure and pedicure, respectively. I appreciated how efficient the staff was in helping me to get my mani / pedi under my time constraints. Five stars I will return, highly recommend!
