He came out, charged me several hundred dollars and told me that he unclogged the line and also ran a camera down it and told me that my main drain line had nothing wrong with it. At the time I believed him, but come to find out later that there is no way that he could have ran a camera down my drain line because I didn't have a clean out for him to enter through. Plus my sewer line had completely collapsed so there was no way that he ran a camera down otherwise he would've seen that the line was collapsed and had roots growing it it. He wouldn't have been able to run the camera line all the way down it because it was collapsed right after it comes out of my house. He said the entire drain line was fine! The other issue he was supposed to fix was a problem Under my kitchen sink- under the house and with the clean out to the side of the house. The clean out was inaccessible bc it was painted over so many times by past owner. So he was supposed to fix the plumbing problem under the sink and replace the clean out as well. Well, he put a new clean out in but he did such a terrible job That the glue or mortar that he used completely sealed up the clean out and it couldn't be accessed. My new plumber had to fix that. He also tried to charge me way more than his quote, and when he gave me the bill, he was charging me for time that he wasn't even here when he and his guys took a lunch break and other time as well that they were not even present at my home. Then Alex threatened me in my home when I asked about the incorrect billing. He demanded I pay him the exact amount he wanted from me right then without any itemized bill at all. He told me if he gave me an itemized bill he was going to charge me even more. He told me if I didn't pay him right then and without an itemized bill, he would go under my house, and rip out all of my plumbing lines. I got him out of my house first and then stood my ground on needing an itemized written bill. I don't know how Alex came to me recommended or how he has so many good reviews. I had another plumber out because I was still having issues and I have all sorts of pictures that show he lied and did not do what he was supposed to. Do yourself a favor and have nothing to do with this Plumber.

We spent hundreds more to investigate the sewer belly. turns out that there isn't a sewer belly problem. the clog was under the toilet, in the toilet line which they never checked. I talked to Jose Hernandez who lied and said they DID check the toilet line. then he lied and tried to convince me that the toilet line is the same as the mainline. We finally paid another plumbing company to easily the toilet line.
