They worked quickly, kept the area organized, and left the installation looking clean and sleek. There was a plumbing issue during installation involving the inlet/outlet configuration corrected it immediately. They also noticed that my existing water-softener drain line was smaller than what they preferred for proper regeneration. Rather than ignoring it, they brought it to my attention and Joseph agreed to upgrade the drain line so the new system could operate properly long term. I really appreciated that they identified the potential issue before it became a problem later. The difference in my water was immediate. I took my first shower after installation and it was incredibly soft and silky -- noticeably better than the Whirlpool system I had for 7 years since it can soften and filter for chlorine and other contaminates. I also appreciate how simple the maintenance is. I only need to keep salt in the brine tank, and the system regenerates automatically.
