Only thing I didn't appreciate is that I asked for 3 full sets and they said they can take me but not the other 2 cause they were busy, which seemed not to be true cause others came as walk ins after us and they helped them out. I spent one night in Tijuana and this place popped up when I wanted to get my pedicure done. I got French tip and it was the best shape I ever got. It always looks too exaggerated when I go somewhere in Cali or Jalisco, but this place in Tijuana was perfect. Perfect in nail tech, service, price, and location. Cute nails but Soo disorganized. Something that should have taken no so long took about 2 1/2 hours Almost walked out because it took 1/2 with an appointment. When they saw I walked out they took my right away and the girl basically grinned almost to my own nail, the gel off. I could feel the hot tool when it was too close. She did a good job on the nail design but did nothing else. And out oil around my fingers No cuticle removal nothing. Pedicure took forever, I don't think they sanitize anything. Which is gross They out some kind of gel and it's gross. They apparently ran out of sandals but didn't say anything. So just kept me sitting there while they ate lunch. I have gone to the other location of theirs which I really liked and decided to try this location out. The aestethic was cool but the actual pedicure was disappointing. The man that did my pedicure used some type of sharp instrument and sliced the side of two toe nails. It was really painful. I winced in pain and he kept going. I have never had any nail tech cut me like that during a pedicure until now. The man claimed it's because he had to cut off a portion of my toe nail since it was "overgrown" and scolded me about how I shouldn't trim my own toe nails. Now I'm walking around with pain in both feet. I surely hope they clean their instruments since I was bleeding profusely in both toes as he did this. They put a liner in the tub area but their towels they use to dry you did not seem very clean. Now I'm super worried of catching some type of infection from this procedure! Ugh. One of the things I had been looking forward to was the nail art in all their yelp pictures. I asked the man several times and he did not give me any type of options. All he did was show me some gel polish colors. I asked if they had a similar color to my acrylic nails and he stated no. He showed me a very small selection of gel colors and stated that is all they had. The colors were all generic and basic. I asked about getting a white french tip and he stated that it would cost $650 pesos instead of $500. That is a big jump! If you want the luxury TJ experience I would say go elsewhere. I could have gone to a nail place in San Diego and payed the same price for this type of basic pedicure. I regret coming to this location. I give it two stars since the nail polish was applied uniformly. read more

The pedicure was okay but $40 - and took a really long time - I had asked for a manicure but I literally was sweating and couldn't take the heat and had to leave. Excellent work with haircut and styling. Can't say the same about Pedicure. it doesn't look like they sanitize the tubs after each client. There was something floating on my tub, she clip my nails and throw the clippings on the tub while my feet was still soaking Share some of the tools with neighboring technician and just rinse them did not disinfect. I will not return for a pedicure to this place. read more
