The young women who did the procedure was very professional, she drew the form according to my face then proceded to show me the form and asked for my approval prior to starting the process. She then asked about my preference for color. She wore gloves and showed me the new needle before starting the procedure. The whole process took 2 hours. She took her time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect. The Receptionist was very kind and professional. Its a small studio but there is a tv with music videos, comfortable seating and a fan. I scheduled a lash lift for my mom, my sister and myself. The location was easy to find and very…read morecentric. The front desk girl did her job, although she didn't offer above and beyond service. The woman that did my lash lift was very rude, first she started by asking if reception didn't tell me not to drink coffee before my lift to which I of course responded, "no they didn't." She then proceeded to say that I was moving too much, which I was not, I was only breathing. In the middle of conducting the lift she said that I had a bit of makeup in my eyes to which I responded, "no I don't". I didnt apply any makeup in my eyes that morning because I had a microblading appointment before that one. She then proceeds to contradict me and say that I do have makeup. She really needs some customer service skills. The service they provide here is mediocre at best. On top of that the lash lift is supposed to last 3-8 week. To start with, you could see a bit of difference in my lashes but nothing major and it only lasted about a week. You could see 0 difference in my mom and my sisters procedure. They blamed my sisters thick lashes. They said that they could schedule them both for a revision and do the procedure again free of cost but about 1-3 days before the revision was scheduled they texted me saying that they cancelled the revision and that they both had to pay again to get the lash lift done. It is very obvious that this establishment does not care about their customers and is just in for the money. They probably use cheap materials hence the mediocre result with no actual lift to our lashes. I suggest you skip this place.
