This place is terrible. They change their prices throughout your appointment. Me and my mom were overpriced and when asked for a receipt the lady said "we don't give receipts" so we asked for her to write down exactly what she charged us for and she her self didn't even know. TERRIBLE. Anyways.... As my mom was getting her hair dyed the lady told her "I'm going to charge you more since we are going to need another bottle, is that fine ?" Like ummm ???? "No just leave it done half ways" she also didn't tell her how much more she would be charging her until afterwards. She was charged $80 dollars more. Our total was $350 DOLLARS for a hair dye and 2 treatments. Save yourself some cash and go somewhere else where you get treated with respect and honesty. The hairstylist who cut my hair was super rude and did not do the cut I asked. Trim and bangs. I asked if she could cut the bangs longer to start with to make sure they wouldn't end up too short and she still cut them really short. She then continued to trim them more after I asked her not to. On 12/28/20, my husband arrived for services. The manager was not sure as the 6 PM appointment had not arrived. It was already 6: 15 PM. After advising the manager that there was no one in the salon, we both had hair cuts and my husband had a mani and pedi. My husband made me an appointment for the following day for a mani and pedi as apparently "there was no more time as was 7 PM. On 12/29/20 I arrived at 8:30 AM and the "manager" from last night said I had only scheduled a mani. I finished the mani and the nail girl stood around for over 45 minutes doing nothing because the manager has poor time management. The salon nor the girls made their potential insoles because the manager has poor problems solving skills. The nail staff was not allowed to do my pedi. I had to convince the "manager" to have my split ends done by the hair dresser. It was 9:15 and the next hair appointment was at 10 AM. I problem solved by at least keeping the hair dresser busy as she also had no appointments until 10 AM and COVID had nothing to do with it. The "manager" could have had my pedi done in 45 minutes then at 10 AM the hair dresser could have done my hair because at 10 AM she was doing another as the other appointment did not arrive. read more

Went in to get eyelash extensions. They did a horrible job the lady was rushing and I ended up with very little lashes uneven and you could see the glue on my lash line . When I asked her to fix it she said there was nothing more she could do , besides that when she handed me the mirror to look at them they were already falling out! Horrible work they charge 850 for lash extensions and they were so horrible that the next day I had to go to another salon were my lashes were replaced and done perfectly. Went here for a manicure and pedicure. They overdo it with the use of metal tools to trim cuticles. Cuticles should not be trimmed at all. Cuticles have a purpose: To protect the nail bed and prevent infection. By removing the cuticle and trimming - you risk infection of the nail. Sure enough the cuticle on my big toe now has a small infection the next day because of too much trimming. My toenails are all healthy - but they poked at my toe nails and dug into the skin so much that it was painful and unnecessary. Pedicures should not be painful. The salon needs to re-train their staff to not use metal tools for health reasons, without trimming. Cuticles should only be pushed back with wooden sticks. The staff however was very nice and the place is very clean - however prices are not that much lower compared to the US and takes much longer to get a mani-pedi done here than it does in states. read more

Me and my mom were stuck in TJ waiting for our flight I called 4 salons before calling here and they were able to take us right away. A short 20 min walk from our hotel. The place is very clean and the employees were very friendly. Quality of work is great as well, they didn't rush like the nail salons back home. If I were local I would be a regular. read more
