Overall, the carpet was already in great condition, but there were some areas with compacted fibers from heavy foot traffic. Our goal was to freshen everything up, ensure it was truly clean (not just look clean), and hopefully restore some of the plushness in those worn spots. The service itself was professional and easy to schedule, but the initial results didn't quite meet our expectations. The high-traffic areas didn't lift as we had hoped. I didn't share my concerns right away, but I should have because Maxine was very responsive and committed to making things right. She offered to have the areas I was unhappy with retreated, which I really appreciated. Matthew came out for the follow-up service and was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. I came in the store and asked for a quote for laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms. I picked out a flooring type and the lady said she would send me a quote. She sent me a quote for just a total of $5250.00 with no details. Just a texted total! I said can you send me a formal quote with type of flooring picked out, model, square footage included, trim needed and lead time to get started. I received a email with the body of the email typed out with the square footage and name brand of the flooring. No breakout or itemized quote just a total once again. I called the store and spoke with the owner and he said if "If I wanted to do business with them that I would come in person and they would "verbally" tell me everything but couldn't give a formal quote". This place is sketchy at best. Steer clear!
