WOW....what a disappointment. So I didn't even get to try out their cleaning service because they are incapable of getting their scheduling issues worked out. I spoke with Ivey on June 12 and made an appointment for June 28th (16 days in the FUTURE!!!) for a basic cleaning with reoccurring monthly cleanings every month thereafter. I made it clear when we spoke that her staff needed to be gone by mid afternoon. Ivey told me that would not be a problem. Last night (June 26) as my wife is preparing dinner, and my adult son and I are playing video games, the doorbell rings. Low and behold if it isn't two cleaning agents from 3 Broads who are at my home to clean....wait a minute...didn't I schedule my cleaning for the 28th?? Dang right I did! I dig up the confirmation email from Ivey and my son shows it to her staff. They reply with "Oh we will have to talk to our boss to come back, this happens ALL the time." So today, June 27th, I email Ivey to see what happened. At that point I was willing to give em another chance....I mean come on mistakes happen everywhere....right??? Her reply is "Yes they are coming today (as in June 27th) and by five PM will be a problem. They have a full day and I don't see them getting to your place before 3PM.". ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So again Ivey has the wrong date AND is telling me her staff can't be done in the time frame I asked for on June 12 when I made the appt. What the hell?? Then my phone rings and it is Ivey. She seemed confused on the phone like she still wasn't sure what was going on. She pawned off the mistake on whomever does their schedule and tells me she doesn't do scheduling. SERIOUSLY??? Then put me on the phone with whomever does do scheduling so I can understand why this matter is so confusing. I finally just threw the towel in and told her to cancel the appt. I am done. These ladies just left my house for the first time, and all I can say is WOW. My house is even cleaner than I would have done it! I have an injury that makes it where I can't walk for now, so I called last week for them to clean. They are all professionals and all were so kind. I will definitely use them again! read more

They did a fantastic job, but I think they are overpriced. My housekeeper in Houston charges me half the price 3BB charged me, and my home in Houston is twice the size of my condo in Galveston. Unfortunately my housekeeper can't drive all the way to Galveston, so I had to find someone local. 3BB did a wonderful job, and they were very friendly. I will use them again, because it's hard to find quality house cleaners and they were definitely top notch, but I would use them more frequently if the price was lower. Instead I will just spread out my cleanings. read more

Amazing service. My 2Bd/2ba apartment was spotless after their cleaning. They changed linens, emptied the dishwasher, and just overall did a really great job of cleaning my apt. It was so nice to come home from a long day of work and have my apartment clean. Also they are good at communication and great customer service. highly recommend! read more

I live in Austin, but have a rent house in Galveston. I called about a week before I came down and told them the basics of what I needed. I told them that I needed a make-ready because the previous make-ready that I had done was not done well. I told the guy on the phone that I would be travelling from Austin to Galveston on August 3, and the make-ready would need to be done by Aug. 15. I told him the number of bedrooms, etc, and made an appointment to meet with one of the owners at 2:00 on Aug. 3. I called them the day before just to confirm, since I was coming in from out of town. Ivy showed up 30 minutes late for the appointment, with no call to let me know that she was running late, etc. I called the office, but got an all-circuits busy message. She said that they were having some work done on their phones. Knowing this, I really can't understand why I got no call. She was apologetic. We did a thorough walk through of the house, and she gave me an estimate that I thought was fair. She told me that she would check the schedule, and would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. Approximately 2 hours later, I received an e-mail stating: "After talking it over with my partner we wont have time to do your clean. Our summer schedule is too full right now." I really would have thought that they would have checked the schedule before meeting with me, especially since I was clear that I was driving in from out of town. I read the negative reviews about their scheduling problems, but I figured that with this much notice, they could get it right. Well, I was wrong. read more

Very unhappy with their service. They overcharge and do not do a good job at all. Their version of a deep clean is most people's version of a quick clean. Dust bunnies everywhere, didn't wipe out cabinets or refrigerator. I do not recommend them at all. read more
