It's an open area so if one conversation or TV gets loud, the whole place will. I didn't drink alcohol so no comment regarding it. Veterans Cigar Club is a place to go and enjoy a cigar, especially when the weather isn't perfect outside. Ok place, limited cigars (but they got some for almost everyone) and they don't bug you once you sit down to enjoy your stick. This is nice.
