We absolutely could not love this store and it's staff more than we do! We have literally shopped all the other formal wear stores in the area, and none compare. When we shop at Royal We, we are always certain that we are going to get a spectacular gown, but that is certainly not all. This is a luxury shopping experience, where it is obvious that the staff has been highly trained to be sure to give you the experience that matches the special event. My daughter isn't a perfect size 2, she's a normal size girl and has always had some insecurities. However, all the sales girls at Royal We work hard to find her the perfect gown, but also to work hard to point out her unique and beautiful features, and make sure that she leaves feeling absolutely stunning. We also love that they have sales girls of all sizes and shapes-that says a lot to us. We LOVE the selection, and how hard they seem to work to make sure that all girls get the perfect gown for them. They only have one of each gown in stock, so that also relieves the stress of worrying about someone having our gown. We drove up from Little Rock today after a recommendation by a few friends. My daughter is a sophomore this year, so this is her first time getting to shop for a formal dress. We did not have a particularly good experience at our local dress store, so we took an early day off to start Christmas break here. We walked in and were immediately greeted by sales person, who directed us to gowns in both the styles that my daughter thought she wanted, and encouraged her to try some pieces that were outside her comfort zone. The worst part of the whole experience was that my daughter found three dresses she absolutely loved, and making the choice was hard for her-but she only needed one! We took a few minutes to go grab lunch up the street at Cross Creek Sandwich shop (which we also HIGHLY recommend) and came back to buy the gown she finally decided on. We also appreciated that the clerk showed us gowns that were not only at the price point we gave her, but several that were actually below. Great job all around and we won't be shopping any where else. read more
