All the proteins we chose (grilled chicken, seared salmon, grilled shrimp, and crispy tofu) were seasoned well and not overcooked. There were so many veggie sides. My favorites were avocado, glazed walnuts, charred cauliflower, blistered tomatoes, fire-roasted garlic broccoli, and roasted beets. Everyone got to compose their own protein + grain + veggie plate. I joked to the other guests that I felt like this was Thanksgiving, but with better healthier options. This was the first "Thanksgiving" that I did not get food coma after a filling meal.
