Admittedly, I should have helped them figure out what my son was looking for. He was chopped in a bad way. According to my son, David told him that if he didn't like the cut he could come back within 5 days to have it fixed.... Is that normal to not stand behind your work the first time? Why would we return to the same person...David "finished" the cut and ran out of the place. His child was sitting there the whole time. It was just a strange experience. No big deal, mistakes happen, so we came back an hour later as requested. Unfortunately, when we returned, only one of us was serviced. Someone else had walked in, and the barber who was supposed to take care of us had either double-booked the appointment or decided to take the walk-in first. I was asked if I would be okay with him cutting that person's hair before mine, and I respectfully said no. My concern was the amount of time involved. The other person's haircut would take approximately 30-40 minutes, followed by another 30-40 minutes for mine, on top of the hour we had already lost because of the initial scheduling issue. That would have turned what should have been a normal appointment into roughly a two-hour visit. I understand that mistakes happen, and I don't expect everything to go perfectly. However, my time is valuable, and I don't think it's reasonable for a customer who made an appointment to have to absorb the consequences of a double booking. I ultimately chose not to wait any longer. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback because better communication and scheduling would have made a big difference.

My husband was late because he couldn't find the address of barber company because it was in behind the new Woodstock, pizza parlor, and there is no address no window no indication of where this, barber company is and I got really mad when they wouldn't reschedule and not recharge me they wanted to charge me again to have his hair done. The circumstances in which he missed his appointment didn't matter to this person he was an hour late because he couldn't find it. His wife was in the hospital having surgery and these people wanted him to be on time and they didn't care why .The barber that was going to do his hair wouldn't reschedule without recharging I think that's highway robbery I wouldn't go back there if you paid me.
