I usually just text her asking for her availability and just book it via messages. Nitty is located downtown in the first floor of the Park Center. The place itself is intentionally designed for relaxation. As soon as you walk in, everything is conducive to calmness - from the soft lighting and oil diffusers to the instrumental music. Nitty is great about asking if you are having specific problems or have certain areas you'd like for her to focus on. She asks you to take your shoes off in the main room before going into the massage room. Usually, I like a good amount of pressure in my massages and have gotten frustrated when massage therapists only rub lightly. This was not a problem with Nitty. Not sure if all Thai massage therapists are like this, but the pressure was amazing! She uses her hands, thumbs, elbows, forearms, and sometimes even her feet to apply pressure from various angles and reduce tension in your muscles. There's also an element of stretching which distinguishes it from other types of massages. Highly recommend. It's one of those things I splurge on myself and never feel guilty about. That "policy" was never communicated when I booked, was not required at my last appointment, and I have never no-showed. Springing that on a client the day of their appointment is rude, sloppy, and a terrible way to run a business. What made it worse was the attitude behind it. The message came across like I was supposed to earn back an appointment I had already booked and committed to. That is not how a professional business should operate. Clients are paying for a service. They are not asking for a favor. I replied explaining that this requirement had never been communicated to me, and my message was seen and ignored. That says everything. Instead of owning the poor communication, there was no response at all. At $100 an hour, I expect clear policies, consistency, and basic professionalism. What I got was disorganized communication, rude handling, and complete disregard for my time. I will not be booking again, and I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects professional treatment.

As to customer service, prior to coming (day or two before) I recieved a text message that my service is set for 2pm and to complete an intake form (which I did). When I arrived I was advised my service wasnt until 245 but everyone else in my group would be at 2. I asked why I recieved a text that my service was at 2 and they said we'll you can enjoy the lounge. I said well I am paying an extra fee to be able to use the lounge so I dont quite know how that is a response. Again I asked why was I sent a message that my service was at 2 when it isn't. They said they didn't know. I asked why I wasn't contacted to let me know I would be 45 minutes after everyone and for me to consider a different service. I was again provided no response and instead they attempted to blame the friend that book all of us (when she in fact was never told I would be delayed). I ended up going in at 2:51 (took a screenshot of my phone showing the time) as my friends were coming out and starting to hang out. They acted as if I was wrong for being a bit annoyed and offered no options or even apologies. Then when we went to check out they added in a 20% gratuity to each or our bills even though we were separate and didn't even tell 3 of the girls in our group that they did so and ended up getting way more of a tip than was reasonable even for exceptional service. The lounge is cute. But with the customer service, lack of communication, and overcharging people on a tip we will definitely not be back. She also skipped an arm but it was the ankles and legs I was most concerned with. My husband's areas were his legs, lower back and hips. She barely touched his legs and hips. They spent the majority of the appointment with us on our stomachs while they worked on our shoulders and mid/upper back. Both of the ladies were very nice and professional and we tipped 20% for that and the atmosphere but it kind of felt like we were the last appointments of the day and they just wanted to be done as quickly and as easily as possible. In their defense, neither of us said anything because he thought maybe it was just his therapist and he didn't want to ruin my experience and I felt the same. After we left, he finally asked how my massage was and we realized we were both disappointed.
